I have been meaning to write this review but work has been a bit hectic. It's a pity there is no zero rating because that is what they deserve. I just want to share my experience with Cream Car Wash at Centurion mall and their head-office. On the 13th of March 2025, I took my car for a valet at Cream car wash in Centurion mall , upon collecting the vehicle I noticed a deep scratch on the vehicle bumper and the paint was still peeling off which meant to me the incident happened after the car was washed, polished etc because the vehicle cannot go through a wash, dry, polish etc and the paint still peels off. I then showed the owner of the car-wash and she felt the dent and agreed with me that it looked like it just happened but she will have to go through the footage for the day but I should look for a quotation. After not hearing from her, I decided to forward the quotation I received from Ford on the 18th of March 2025. Upon receiving the quotation, the owner told me that she cannot confirm that the incident happened at her car wash and she did not see anything on the footage. I then asked that she forward the footage to me so that I can satisfy myself and she said it will not be possible because the SD card overwrites. I constantly had to follow up with these people, not once was I called and given any feedback even after looking at the footage. Why was I not called to see the footage before it was overwritten? I mean if you want to prove to a customer that an incident did not happen at your car wash you would call then to come view as well. I'm not surprised though because the owner's tone suggested that she does not care and I wondered if this is the attitude she gives all her customers. I escalated the issue to their head-office or person to contact when you have such issues (according to their website) and he said he does not understand why Alta (car wash owner) is giving me issues because they have insurance for such incidents. He then said he will speak to the owner and get back to me but never did, I constantly had to follow up with him and his attitude changed after speaking to the Cream car wash centurion owner.

It is a pity there is no zero star. I really wish they are getting rich by ripping the customers off. You have no clear/visible processes on how to report issues of non delivery of orders but you have the audacity to reject peoples claims for refunds on the basis that we only have 48 hours to report an issue. Where is it written? How do we even know where to report these issues? Your phone numbers don't even go through. Never again! I hope my money at least made a difference or an impact in someone's life.
