Pedros lenasia branch a complete **** show
I placed a order on Saturday at 16:58 the lady tells me I can collect in 30 min I get there and my husband waits Whole 15 min there only for the lady to say no order was placed or made yet the lady took the whole order on the phone went through it twice with me on the phone but they got no order for me. What a **** show you running in the lenasia branch wasted all that time waiting for food that wasn't been made as called for. This isn't the first time this branch does this **** to their customers I've experienced this **** before with them. Pathetic service!!

Avon and skynet needs to do better put together is just one big mess and not good for business at all
I'm so disappointed in your service and lack of interest in sorting out your problems with delivery from skynet Your agents keep telling me skynet system is down they can't track my parcel but skynet says their system is not down they haven't received a parcel from you I've been going back n forth and getting nowhere as both companies are just useless with the situation agents get rude like you wrong for wanting to solve the damn problem... Avon invoiced and says the order was dispatched on the 12th been trying to track the order nothing is there called skynet they zay they don't have it I must call avon I call avon they say it was sent but they can't track it skynet system is down everyday this week same story different agents same thing no one can tell me where my order is they all just says it was sent and we don't have it and that's the end of the it... If you tell them but so n so said they don't have or they sent it they Wana get upset well both companies should do better and get in touch to sort this problem out cause it is not om I mean avon got people messaging us for orders or our accounts will be inactive by month end but then can't even tell you what happening to your order!! It's a so uncalled for a rep to run after their orders like this.. For 135 years you should be doing better with the situation!!

Skynet worst service ever
Skynet has the worst services ever how do you tell someone with a tracking number that you don't have their parcel sending you back n forth to avon. Person who I spoke to was absolutely rude and unhelpful.

Akalwayas bad service
Akalwayas ext 8 Lenasia What suppose to be a good Muslim environment with halal food and the best around Lenasia turns out to be different and not in a good way but a really bad way .firstly when one phones n orders for a certain time make sure the food is ready in my case I ordered at 10:13 for 13:30 and secondly went in to go n pay n collect as I was in a rush to get back to transport as I am a student traveling back today they utterly ignored me and helped everyone else around me when I wanted to pay first the guy said go collect got to the collection point and they just kept ignoring me nobody even cared or listened to me eventually I got super late waiting around there and needed to leave the guy then phones me n starts swearing me on the phone and I kept explaining to him of transport and that but he just kept being rude on the phone and then eventually he tells me I’m a bad Muslim and that’s when I cut the call .for a Muslim man to swear a younger Muslim lady is very disgusting .its so not fair in today’s Muslim society for a man to just swear n treat a Muslim women in that manner.
