Service provider assistance in policy review and value approvals. The consultant who assigned to my policy did not make amendments as agreed by myself and I had to pay R200.00 extra as my policy was not anended as per my request and this cannot be refunded as per fgro. However after constant coms with them it took another name Risia Chetty from Fgro who resolved my issue today within an hour of our coms. Thanks to Risia...which you set an example to the rest at Fgro as a service provider and customer satisfaction.
Claim registered, Discovery Insure Disputes with NFO rejected and closed claim although I furnished proof of docs to all parties. NFO although supposed to assist complainant in resolving issue with financial provider passed the buck on to me and closed case. I am requesting from all parties to prove what got worn out and they dont care...no response...it seems they are a profit organization instead of being an insurance provider!
Insurance contract with Fgro financial provider for Discovery. Policy covers power outage. In Dec 2024 towards the latter of the month experienced flash lightening...TV in bedroom did not identify malfunction at time of lightening! When put TV on only standby light comes on...screen blank! I formed all policy parties...sent surveyor only dud power test and mentioned wear and tare! They disputed my claim with all their counterparts as NFOSA and all went with the surveyors report! I disputed this and substantiate my case with weather reports, expert feedback from technicians and they say Wear and Tare! I now requested them to prove to me what got worn out and going days with no feedback or follow up! So I don't trust these service providers! We pay insurance fir a reason, however they are a profit organization!!!
On Sunday 20/03/2024 I went to Spar to purchase some rolls. There was 3 customers in front of me at the bakery counter. The first left, the 2nd was not attended to however, sometimes preferential treatment and then the customer who was being served was 2 and the teller took for ages servicing them...and I just for rolls had to wait like 45 minutes....when I complained the teller telling me why am I shouting! I rep**** I am not shouting I am talking and haven't got the whole day just in Spar! She and customers she was servicing began mumbling in their own language! When she served me there was no apologies etc....no courtesy from Spar staff....this was very aggravating and frustrating!
At the time of water shortage when the flood disaster occured in 2022, Take n Pay connected a pipe hose outside their property for water access to the Chatsworth community! This was a blessing 🙏 in disguise!
Hey, when they ran a special on gadhra beans, I went there to buy however it ran out! I was told another load will be on its way in 20 minutes...so I waited. However that 20 minutes ended up 2hours but I was guaranteed I will be the first to get it. The workers actually packed 5 packets for me! That is what you call customer service or client satisfaction!
They keep on changing their dashboard without communications. Hence there is a sad and angry client out there!!!
