Hi Fi Corporation Boksburg, K90 ******* PRACTICE according to CPA & CGSO! It has been almost TWO MONTHS of being patient with Hi Fi Corporation Boksburg K90 and awaiting a resolve to the matter of repairing or replacing a television purchased in 2022 that is STILL under Five-year warranty. Our Rights Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA): 1. Repair, Replace, or Refund Rule: When a product is faulty and cannot be repaired, the CPA obligates the supplier to: o Replace the item with one of the same value or similar quality at no additional cost to the consumer. o Offer a full refund if no suitable replacement is available. Your demand for an additional payment violates these rights. This response is completely unacceptable, ******* under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and constitutes a blatant disregard for your obligations to customers. Customers need to be AWARE of their rights when dealing with Hi Fi Corporation staff! Particularly Boksburg K90 as I am sure staff from other Hi Fi Corporation branches are well informed, professional and uphold the standards of the brand. They cannot bring ******* options to you as a solution! Boksburg K9- ALSO violated: 2. Reasonable Timeframe: The CPA mandates that repairs or replacements be conducted within a reasonable period. Nearly two months without resolution is excessive and unacceptable. 3. Unfair Business Practices: The CPA protects consumers from unfair practices, including requiring consumers to pay additional costs for warranty replacements when the fault lies with the product. This matter is now being escalated as of today because we have not been awarded the same kind of patience and positive encounter we have given Hi Fi Corporation Boksburg K90 during this time!

Happy to report Trumps resolved the matter efficiently and professionally. We've always enjoyed our experiences other than the past isolated incident, which is now resolved. TERRIBLE SERVICE, our takeaway order was short of items PAID for on slip. Vuyiswa was the waitress who served at at resturant 07 Feb 2024. Vuyiswa left our entire side of veggie out we gave her a great tip for basically NOT doing her job! As we realized now, once home. When calling trumps NO REPLY just rings! So basically TRUMPS CHARGED EXTRA BECAUSE FOOD ORDER WAS SHORT AND WAITRESS TIPPED FOR NOTHING. PATHETIC SERVICE! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!

I just spoke to a consultant named Gordon MT he was extremely professional, patient and helpful in updating my cover for my new vehicle, my dealer put me in contact with insurance broker however I am happy I called miway and was helped by Gordon and I was able to get an updated cover in time for picking up new vehicle tomorrow. He is knowledgeable about policy covers as I had questions including my credit shortfall cover which he answered too and assisted with too.
