On the evening of January 12, 2025, at around 8 PM, we had an incredibly traumatic experience with your company. It was completely unprofessional and unrealistic. As a family with children aged 5, 9, and 12, we planned a special evening out before the school year started. What was meant to be a memorable night instead left my children deeply traumatized. Just five minutes after arriving at our destination, a heavily armed security officer approached my husband, asking if the vehicle outside was his. He said there was an issue with the car. We were then informed that our vehicle had been hijacked in 2022. My husband immediately clarified that this was our vehicle, we had all the necessary documentation, and it had never been hijacked. The situation escalated when 14 members of the JMPD, along with two security vehicles, surrounded us. LThey claimed our car had been used as a getaway vehicle and that my husband was being arrested. The time and date of the alleged crime were when we were on holiday in Hazyview, as confirmed by our fleet company. Despite this, the car was impounded after 4 hours. During this ordeal, my children were left stressed, frightened, and hungry. My husband, who suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, was unable to take his medication. The following day, we went to the station to clear the vehicle. It was there that we learned no case existed regarding our car. The problem was due to your security company entering incorrect information into your system—wrong vehicle make, wrong number plate. Your company has had the wrong information for over three years. The fact that the police acted on this false information is unacceptable, and I am furious about the injustice you have caused to my family. Meanwhile, the real ********s are out there, unaffected. I expect a full explanation and an immediate correction of the records.
Rather disappointing at this mall and how complains falls on deaf ears, the parking stations are terrible never ever working, have to drive around to find 1 parking station working. Ridiculous honsetly!! The staff that works at the parking office are rude, fix your machines.
Good day, this is my second holiday booked for the year with Sariksha she is an amazing agent who is always willing to assist me, every need or request is attend to. It was our first time at Midlands saddle and trout in Midlands, I booked it for my husband birthday and requested something special for him to be done in the room, the resort worked with my request along side Sariksha never disappointed he loved it, it was so special. Thank you for your excellent service, this resort is beautiful and breath taking, clean. The horse's are so friendly. We will definitely be going back. We have already booked our December break and we as a family can't wait to make more memories ❤️🏠
