I have problems with my outgoing emails and after unsuccessful attempts by the call center to resolve the matter I was informed that they cannot deal with it and that I must send an email to "Hostmaster@telkomsa.net". I send an email (see below) on 29 Dec 2022 and a follow up on 09 Jan 2023. I've not even received an acknowledgement of my e-mail. "Server number TIN 3569895 ID 550417 5075 080 I need an outgoing server setting to make use of my Telkom email when sending out emails. My WiFi service provider is Herotel and at the moment I am using their server to send emails. The recipient receives my email as carl.burger@border.co.za instead of carl.burger@telkomsa.net. I was informed by Herotel that Telkom must provide me with an outgoing SMTP setting to be able to send emails. I can receive emails. I need to use my email using different WiFi service providers such as Herotel, Vodacom, MWeb, etc."
