Around February the was a sales consultant that came to work for presentation the presentation was about the pots and after presentation i bought the pots and the gas stove for R6000, 00 and i arrange for R2000, 00 debit order they debited twice and they said pots will be delivered after paying R3000 i already paid R4000 the last debit order was on the 27 February and i never received my pots and a gas stove i called their offices they told me how much is outstanding and they cant answer when will my pots be delivered the delivery department will contact me i haven't received a call and i called FNB to stop and reverse the debit order they said the company blocked them from controlling the account and that i must contact them i tried calling them the whole of this week and yesterday more than 5 times even today i tried calling no answer so please help me to get my money back dont want any explanation or their pots anymore i want my money and i dont even know where are they based their offices. Im not happy about the service i received from mr price kids cosmo city i was there to exchange the school pants i couldn't get the size i then opted for refund they asked for my bank card i gave them for my fnb bank card the guy asked is it the credit card i said no i gave him the card to verify he saw its written at the back next to cvv debit card he called for payment authorization the lady came and took my card check it and said i must inset in the speed point i then put my pin i asked how long does it take to get my money they said maybe 24 hrs i have to wait for the money to buy another pants because of a debit card that was regarded a credit card not happy at all
I went there last week Saturday on the 27 November to buy a pair of Nike sneakers for my son and they said no refund but the shoe box they gave us is for the big shoe size the price on the shoes is R1299 but I paid R1499 and when you fit they give you plastic but the shoes are all dirty even the ones I bought and because of the box and the pricing I feel like the shoes are **** I will call the store tomorrow and ask for a full refund. And another thing the code is written on the box with a red pen and my son started doubting if they are original
Hi my name is NORAH KHUNOU ID number 8301130620085 i have a big problem with MTN July this year i finished paying my 2 Contract phones April and i upgraded July i got a new phone and i was supposed to pay R280 for the new phone and R70 for the insurance in total they were supposed to deduct R350 1st month July they deducted R943.53 August they deducted R682.53 September they deducted R692.53 October they deducted R542.53 . From July after they deducted R943.53 Instead of deducting R350 i went to the store i bought the phone MTN Randburg Sanlam Centre they told me if i am not buying i can call MTN call Centre i called they told me the person who was helping me with the upgrade did not cancel the other 2 phones so i paid for 3 and was told they cancelled the other 2 contracts i finished paying.25 September they debited R682.53 i went to MTN store Randburg Sanlam Centre they told to call customer care i called they told me the person helped me previous month only cancelled 1 phone and was told they will cancel the other contract. October they debited on the 25 the amount debited R542.53 I called and they told me the same story and i believe if at MTN Randburg Sanlam centre would have helped me first time i went to MTN matter was going to be resolved long time but instead they will give you attitude but they wont help. I would like to be refunded all my money that was debited from July to October total amount of R1803.63.I Don't want to go to the bank and reverse the debit order cause they will switch off the 1 Active contract
