Now I will speak my heart out I contacted Megatronics SA Wynburg in April 2024 telling them that I have a Audi S4 wich came back from Mayfair Gearbox and that the gearbox is in pieces in my car they agreed that they can help by doing a complete overall on my gearbox and install it into my vehicle they sent me a qoute of 55K and committed to the qoute we gave them 3 months and being patient did not rush them after 3 months the vehicle was still not finished after 6 months of waiting we became frustrated as they still came up with excuses my boot was damaged up to today they still haven't explained how boot got damaged my battery was removed and they replaced it with a smaller battery my door window shield was removed and also not replaced 7 months later we demanded we want the vehicle back as it's unexeptable waiting 7 months for repairs my vehicle was given back to me with 1000km's driven by Megatronics SA Wynburg while vehicle was in their posecion we where then told that the vehicle is still in adaptive driving for 2 months we have been fooled by giving us the excuse that the vehicle is in adaptive driving. Megatronics SA Wynburg then told us they will come to us twice a week to do computer settings for the adaptive driving. For 2 weeks no one came out to do the settings when we asked when they are coming out to do the settings their excuse is that the technician is ill and not at work this also happened in the 7 months of waiting they forever use the excuse that the technician is ill or not at work we now took the vehicle to an MRI Audi approved dealer and got an additional qoute that there is 68K damage to the gearbox this after paying Megatronics SA Wynburg 55K for repairs. Megatronics SA Wynburg now uses the excuse that the gearbox came in pieces and that parts where missing but my argument is that they agreed on repairs knowing that the gearbox was in the car before they gave us the qoute and before giving us the quote my husband asked them to fully access the gearbox before giving us the qoute my opinion is Megatronics SA Wynburg just *****s people's money and then come up with all sorts of excuses and when vehicle is returned to customer still not repaired they request that they will refund but they will deduct the labour fees and the parts they replaced but have no proof of the parts they replaced and cannot show proof of the old parts they replaced but me as the customer has had the suffering of not having a vehicle for 7 months, a battery replaced with a smaller battery, boot damage, missing windshield, 1000kms added onto my vehicle and a further 68K damage to my vehicle and still no vehicle to drive they just use excuses and carry on bull****ting people for their money I'm not the only one complaining I know about 6 other customers with the same complain in just this year 2024 and nothing happens
So after paying over 50K, 7 months waiting and a 1000km's put on my vehicle with boot damage dents and the incorrect battery put into my car by MegatronicsSA in Wynburg, my car was taken to a Audi approved dealer this Tuesday for an accesment and the outcome is that we are still sitting with 55K's damage on the gearbox so my honest opinion the original gearbox was put back and we where told by Megatronics SA Wynburg that the gearbox is as new we paid for a complete overall on the gearbox and the gearbox is still not fixed and then the car gets given back to us telling us that it will still give problems as it's in adaptive driving so for 7 months they have been bull****ting us and *****ing our money they are the biggest ****** I have trusted with my car they are just a bunch of ****s *****ing people's money
7 Months and R55K plus 1000km's on my vehicle and my vehicle is still broken so after 7 months frustration and empty promises we still have a broken vehicle we where told and promised that the vehicle will be fully repaired and up and running by the 12th of November by Megatronics SA Wynburg on the 12th of November we once again phoned and asked if we could collect our vehicle and was asked an additional 3 days extension so that they could Finnish the final touches on the vehicle we gave them 4 days on Friday the 15th of November we returned to Megatronics SA Wynburg to collect our vehicle and was told that they will deliver the vehicle to us on Saterday the 16th as it was not safe to drive the vehicle back home in traffic we received our vehicle on the 16th its still ******ed and still not fixed so after paying 55K we are still sitting with a vehicle that is broken they have put 1000km on the vehicle been broken damages done to the boot wrong battery been replaced and window shield missing from vehicle Megatronics SA is full of empty promises and just goes out *****ing money
So after having my car at Megatronics SA for 6 Months and paying them in full the amount of 55k I Decided to pay them a visit again today 28 October as they said my car will be ready on the 25th of October in the first place the cars battery was flat as it still had a smaller battery in and I was told 2 weeks ago that they would see that the cars original battery would be fitted to the vehicle 2 weeks ago my car was driven for ****m in 2 weeks time the damages on my boot is still there and my wind shield that was removed is still not replaced and again excuses on excuses like many people says this companies doors should be closed they keep on throwing the blame on the customer now I get told I removed the battery while the vehicle was in their possession they are a bunch of ****s steeling peoples money
So after paying over 50K and 5 months I wanted to collect my vehicle from Megatronics SA and was threatened that if I want to take my vehicle they will drop my gearbox and keep 35% of my money paid for labour and parts but I still haven't even had the use of my vehicle they told me that the vehicle is 90% completed I then agreed to give them another 2 weeks in wich I want my vehicle 2 weeks have now passed and still excuses that the vehicle is still not completed I'm fed up 6 months now and still not getting anywhere with them they have my vehicle my car got damages my battery has been removed by them and replaced with a smaller battery and when we get frustrated and start swearing at them we get told not to threaten them as they will remove the gearbox and keep 35% of our money already paid to them so it's my car and 55K down the drain and they are happy and we as clients just get nowhere we have another vehicle that's going to loose it's motor plan because of Megatronics SA as it's the only transport we have at the moment and cannot send it in as we will then be left without transport it's pathetic that a customer must pay 55K and still not have the vehicle for 6 months and Megatronics SA just gets away with it
After 5 months and a full payment of over 50K I still don't have my Audi S4 SA Megatronics now wants to blame Mayfair gearboxes but before the car even went to Megatronics SA they where told that the gearbox was removed by Mayfair Gearboxes and still committed to the quote given by them it's been 5 months 2 weeks ago I received the vehicle and was told the car is still in adaptive driving I drove the car home but was still skipping gears and the engine shakes vigorously when in drive the following morning we requested them to collect the vehicle as I was not happy they told us that the vehicle lost its settings and that they must start the adaptive driving from scratch as it will take 2 weeks and that they gave it over to their lawyers because we talked them bad on social media so where else must a customer complain if it's 5 months and a payment of over 50K was paid but still no vehicle if I was the one not paying I would have been charged storage fees per day but now I had to wait for 5 months and still don't have my vehicle
I took my Audi S4 to Megatronics SA over 4 months ago for a gearbox repair after weeks of frustration nagging and shouting we got the Audi back they where paid over 50K for the repairs and the Audi is still not running smoothly we where told that the car is in adaptive driving process but the car jerks as far as you drive slips gears and after pulling it into the garrage now doesn't even go into reverse what does that have to do with adaptive driving and then continously gives an error of gearbox malfunction my car is not repaired we where just ****** of over 50K and then my car went in with the original battery now I have to drive with a smaller battery supp**** by Megatronics SA untill they can find my battery or replace it and my car came back with 3 dents on my boot that was never their before and scratches on my bonnet I'm so upset we keep on asking to speak to management and get refused but when they received our last payment they where quick to tell us that they first need to speak to management as we cannot have the vehicle unless payment reflects in their account so I want answers from management and not Chris who claims his management because he isn't as he was the one who told us that he must first take it up with management they are just robbing people of their money
In the beginning of June I contacted Megatronics SA to get a quote on repairing my gearbox on my Audi S4 they sent me a quote of R59K to repair the gearbox has been with them for 3 months and excuses every Friday they already received a deposit of 32K and I have been patient for the last 3 months but this is really not a game anymore I'm getting fed up.........................
I opened a account online with Nedbank in January they then said that my card will be sent to a locker and that I should not activate the account untill I have received my card 4 weeks past and still I haven't heard anything about the card I then went in to Nedbank to find out when I will be receiving the card I was then told that I must wait for an sms to say my card is at the locker 2 months past and still no sms saying my card is at the locker 2 months later I receive a phone call stating that I have been handed over for not paying banking costs on my account I then phoned them to ask why I get charged costs if the account has not been activated and I still have not received my bank card I was then told that there is monthly costs that has to be paid even if the account is not in use I again asked where the bank card is as I still haven't received it and again was told that the card will be coming so I ignored it as I still haven't received the bank card and also did not activate the account from my side another 2 months past and then got another call from the lawyers stating that I have to pay R725 before end of day I then drove to Nedbank at Carnival Mall to find out what's going on when I got to Nedbank I was told that my bank card that I was waiting for was destroyed by Nedbank and that I now have to pay R925 and she could not give me a reason as to why the card was destroyed before it got to the locker I was so upset I phoned my husband and asked him to cash sent me the R925 I told the teller to take the money and close my account with immediate effect she then said that I have to go and deposit it into the account and bring her the slip I went and deposited it into the account number she gave me and went back to her she then said that the account can not be closed immediately as the money takes 24 hours to reflect the following day I phoned again to find out if the account has been closed I was then told that the account will be closed the following day and then just got a call the following day to inform me that the account is now closed and still no reason of apology for the card that was destroyed by Nedbank before it even reached their lockers in my point of view this is pathetic and day light ******* how can they demand money if they can't even offer service and being a mistake from their side destroying a card and not even being able to explain as to why the card was destroyed
Goodday my Audi S4 had a Gearbox problem not selecting the gears correctly but still drives it was taken into Mayfair Gearbox repair centre in Shelby the Quote on the repairs was sent to us stating that it would cost R84K to repair I than got someone else that said it could be repaired for between R40K and R45K we then agreed on the other party for R40K as it was half the price we then informed Mayfair that the vehicle would be collected the following day they then all of a sudden changed their minds and said that they can repair it for R45K this is day light ******* so in fact their original Quote was double the price its a disgrace I will never recommend them and they will never see me again it's robbing people from their money
