I have been facing difficulties in obtaining a clearance certificate since January, which raises concerns about whether this company will take us serious after debts repayment. our attempts to contact them have been unsuccessfully, resulting in a lack of clear guidance. the situation is becoming increasingly frustrating,
If I had option with zero rating, j it could have done that. Worse experience ever dealt with. I’m so disappointed. It seems like they don’t care about client services. I honestly don’t know what to do.
Worse experience with booking, no customer experience service. I’ve been taken from pillar to post with simple thing to book the venue. I don’t understand why am I not told that they can help. From booking department I spoke to Leadra. At the venue am talking to Madikana still no assist.
worse claim process, i had claim from last year November until now still not finalize, when i follow up on the claim i feel like the guy feel irritated.
i don't understand what is happening with this company or their people. The is a lady by the name Jenny Van Brakel, she called my Mother in law and she said she want to confirm my address because i am applying for a loan. Firstly there is no loan i am applying for secondly where did she got my mother in law contact, i am not sure with the ***** that is happening, is she applying loan using my details? . i tried to contact her on her cellphone and she doesn't answer the calls. Please i need answer on what is happening.
