Went to Ocean Basket vangate mall last night. The worst experience ever, bad customer service, when we arrived there were many tables open but waiters made us wait by the door for a while first, got to our table and wasn’t even offered a menu. Our complimentary snack came 30 minutes after ordering while people who came long after us got theirs first aswell as their drinks, our food came 50 minutes later and looking at the picture of our meal there was something missing from our plate that shows in the picture. Also we took the R150 platter, doesn’t look anything like the picture, we got half the portion that was displayed. Showed in the picture a full size fish but we only got half and 7 chips, the amount that had to be on one plate they divided onto 2 plates. I will never choose to eat at this place again.
The procedure was quick. They didn’t make me wait in pain, instantly helped me. But the fees were ridiculous for the false information that they gave me, paid all that money for them to tell me that I have “hemorrhoids” when it actually wasn’t. They just put me on a drip after telling me I have hemorrhoids, the nurse asked if I’d wanna stay there or if I wanna be transferred, she said they’d take me in an ambulance and we agreed but the nurse came after and gave me a date I had to go and sent me home, ridiculous to charge 2.6k for a drip and false information.
Very bad. The nurses do not do their jobs properly, the doctor said I can get an injection for pain every 6 hours but the nurses do not want to give, I was literally crying every night in pain shouting for the nurses but they just have loud conversations with each other and one nurse even started singing. I had to get out of bed in the state that I was in to look for someone to give me an injection for pain so that I can get some sleep and the nurse just said I must go back to bed. I had to call my dad in the middle of the night to come help me because the pain I couldn’t handle anymore and they told him that there is no one in that ward shouting from pain, after a nurse came to give me the shot and complained that I’m “reporting everything”. As soon as surgeons or Doctors are in the ward all of the nurses all of a sudden come in with medications and injections to give to all the people suffering but once the surgeons and doctors aren’t there they leave us all alone and act like they are on vacation. There was a oldish muslim aunty that clean wounds and give us our medications that was hasty to discharge us. My heart rate was too high to leave just yet and the doctor said that she wants to check it again before I leave for them to discharge me, a couple of hours passed and I felt very dizzy and thought I needed to get out for a bit for fresh air, I was able to walk but very slow and as I was walking I felt dizzy and came back to the room, that same nurse came scolding at us like we are children and said we aren’t sick if we can walk around and said we must leave. I told her that I was waiting for the doctor to come back to check if everything is fine but she said that the doctor had gone home already, only to find out a few hours later by one of the patients that the doctor was still there she had just **** about her leaving. Those “nurses” shouldn’t be there, they do not deserve that title, there are people out there looking for these jobs because they actually want to take care of people but can’t get because of these unqualified people taking up all the space. Please get educated nurses that care for people.
So recently I purchased Dior cosmetics, when I got home I noticed that one of the products wasn’t packed in my bag but shows on my receipt that it’s been paid for ,I went back and the salesperson that helped me said that I did not purchase the product but it clearly stated that I did🤔, if she’s saying that I did not purchase one then what did she scan ??what happened to it?
