I have bad experience with rain ever since I changed my work. Cause my payment date was changed and I changed with their consultant to be the first . Guess what this people have been harassing me ever since that time about the payment cause they will go to my bank account on the 25 which is they won’t find any funds .sometimes back reports their network they call technical support to come and assist he told me is very slow I ask them so should I pay something that’s not working for almost 2 months they advise to upgrade, yes I did they said they will subtract the bill and pay for that months I was having issues, if I tell you they bring new box that’s we upgrade and didn’t cancel the previous one you can see that’s they just want to suck me while I don’t have cent , come months end they sent two bill and without even remove the one they said they will composaid me , they said they would fixed it ever since last year till today and I’m paying extra amount off my bill still the money doesn’t go down always same amount, I called last month’s about SIM cards they said they can’t sent to me I have to come keptainpatk were their office based , to get sim this network is just bunch off ********s that’s why they moved from brayston is because they were tired off complaints cause everyone it was crazy to go that’s why know you can’t get their office, sometimes they will tell you Cape Town, I need this to be fixed cause I’m working and they need to check all call recording with me talking to their consultant .
Why rain when you want to speak to d someone from rain you have to sweet first , I fill form how many times , Anyone who feel is necessary to call me plz do I’m tired of reporting to hello peter every times it’s irritating me too much , plz call me I’m paying the service that’s I don’t receive)👀
Good people I really don’t understand what’s wrong with rain, their customer consultant team they are just mess , I’m tired of explaining to myself one thing to another, I told them I have issues with network I want to update I was transferred to sales waited and they dropped the call , send review someone call I answered she start talking to her friend call waisted an hour , can u plz cancel your contract as it’s months to months no contracts,
Actually I love rain . Too much I don’t like to change to another service provider since I was using it it’s never given me issues. Until last months I moved and I called them to update the address since my network was not clear, their customer service representative they are very slow since I was asking for callback until I buy airtime and call them advised about network issues. I told the guy to transfer me to sales department which is he did and call was dropped no one call me back so they can help me to update. My network it’s very bad anyone can help me with updates please!
I have problems with rain . You will request call back no one will call you .and spend R100 airtime to speak to consultant and it's seems they don't know what they are doing. I updated my payment date and the lady confirmed that it's done right. So come 25th rain deduct the amount from my account which is nothing there. Call customer service spoke to supervisor he advised that he will resolve the issue I have to call on the first which is the date that I want debit order to go through. This is bull****. I called them again this afternoon to advised about the payment that's I see on my bills everyone don't know what's happening on the account you need to explain from the biggining until airtime run off and they don't bother to call you back .the manager can't not able to navigate all calls I have been making since this issue started .very bad customer service they are not helpful at all
We have an issue as tenets in Dover towers. No mantanance on this building. We pay for service that's we don't get also as humans and our right they took things lightly. We have an adult that can't use stairs always. Their lift and work for a day the next day not working with this We have as country. For shortage off water 💦 as municipal is fixing pipes for water .you have to carry 20L to go 5th floor with full off water and no one cares and some off us we are sick and tired off this .the body cooperate off this building they don't care about people. As department of housing or who ever taking care off apartment need to look in to this .my high blood is up bcz I'm carrying 20L with stairs they can't fixed escalator. Everyday we here one story parts . Is their duty to make sure that the service provider for lift it must be fixed. We can't stay more than 2weeks without a lift . I'm sick and tired of this no bodies cares about people right . Can someone do the right things
Very disappointed at Dover Towers Apartment in Randburg @Dover Street I was informed that the building very neat and safe place to stay next to all mall and taxis .However the building they don't have maintenance body cooperate its seems they don't care about their building .we have a months without lift not working .you will be tired from work and clamming the stairs which is its tiring even if you said you want to move how will you carry your staff because of the lift that's take almost 2 months not working .but monthly you have to pay their rent
