Logged a call more than 3 time, still no resolution. Bought water Sunday 23rd November and meter is not dispensing water but it shows 1200 litres added. Yesterday received sms that my call has been closed without any resolution. Logged another call today 01.12.2025 still no one is showing up. What a pathetic service yet i bought water.
I called 0860 562 874 because I am City Power customer and I wanted to find out if my meter needs recording or not. Spoke to Zakhele who was very rude he asked me " what do you want" or something like that and before I could tell him why I called I even said "yho" cause his tone and the way he said it it was very disappointing . Its very embarrassing for the first person who answers the phone from the company and be as rude as he was, it really kills reputation of that company.......

They not updating credit bureau, now it shows that my account its in arrears. Called first thing in the morning to request letter stating my account is up to date by 3:00 pm no letter on my email. Spoke to Mercedes and Fundile.
