I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding severe damage to my checked baggage on my sisters recent FlySafair flight from East London to Cape Town. Upon collecting her luggage at Cape Town International Airport, I discovered that her bag had been completely ruptured. The damage is extensive and renders the bag unusable, it can no longer safely carry clothes or any personal items. This level of damage is unacceptable and clearly occurred while the baggage was in FlySafair’s care. I am utterly disappointed, as we entrusted her belongings to your airline with the expectation that they would be handled with reasonable care. Instead, she has been left with a destroyed suitcase and significant inconvenience.
I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed with their level of service for a big brand like them. Their online ordering system is inefficient, my order has beeeeen stuck on packing order for a while now. They do not pick up their phones, they don’t respond to emails just ****py. Funny enough their competitor has excellent customer service! I’m really disappointed and will never order from them again!
My mom bought a phone from mobi trade, iPhone 11 and it only worked well hardly 3months. It had battery issues. They then said she should perhaps update her software, we did. It went from bad to worse. Very unsatisfactory service yet I used to buy from them …I don’t know what changed honestly. I can’t even refer them anymore
I’m utterly disappointed by them! I ordered custom made aprons and a tray on the 31st of October and today it’s the 7th of December but still there’s no update! Yho I’m disappointed!!! Mxm
Disappointed, my sister ordered hair from them but now they not picking up their calls nor responding to texts yet she paid money already.
Perfect service and it’s very fast🙌🏾in terms of delivery. I highly recommend using their service. The quality of their hair🙌🏾is great
Yho mxm. I paid through online payment system and my payment was never allocated and I had to pay double. Now I’ve been writing multiple emails only for my services to be connected and disconnected whenever they feel like it! I’ll never recommend dstv to anyone
