Price hike after ordering from Spar. The pre authorised amount was R101 and the amount charged after delivery was R177, with one item out of stock. I asked why they charged this much, they just said that is the amount the product cost and that I won’t be getting it for R101 (promo) The support team are useless. Spar will not see my money as the amount is authorised by them upon sending the package. This is Spar Somerset West that does ***** on orders. They show a promotion, you check out with the promotion, but once it’s delivered, they charge you normal price.
I am so frustrated with Telkom billing department. They fail to debit my account on the debit order date, with more than enough funds, and charge me R202 for a failed debit order, which didn’t even go off. I contacted Telkom , sent my bank statements, the found the problem and told me that they’ll refund or credit my account . Today I got an SMS to say my account has been suspended. Turns out the call centre agent never filed my dispute. The second call centre agent filed the dispute and she immediately sent an SMS to say that nothing is due to me. I know the agents are chasing targets but you’re playing with my money. I even highlighted everything for the agents to still not comprehend the issue. They need to go for proper training on how bank statements work. The first agent was really nice but the second one, Gugulethu, was so rude. I am taking this further with ICASA if it doesn’t get sorted out within this week. You CANNOT deduct money or put my account in arrears without reason.
Booked an appointment almost a month in advance, on my way to the appointment they phoned me to ask if I can move my appointment to later that day, I said no, I have a range of things to do after my nails. They said okay they understand, came there waited 20 minutes for my nail tech (Polite), only to hear from another nail tech that they fitted someone in who is doing an ombré (more money) so I took my things and left, they receptionist said that she’ll send me a voucher for the inconvenience, up until today no voucher. They can’t even, on every time I’ve been there, do the most BASIC nail art and never have the colour you want. Look at local nail salons instead of supporting people you’re going to be dissatisfied with in the end. This is the Somerset west branch
