They are unprofessional and ***********. I’ve had to call in multiple times today alone and no one picked up I ended up wasting a total of R100 of my own airtime. They suspended my account when I actually paid early and the call Center agent had the audacity to tell me that he doesn’t see anything on the system. Completely disappointed.
I called multiple times today and when I called I wasn’t satisfied with the service. The call Center agent didn’t even follow up with me as she said to me that she would call me back but I have not received any feedback from her. I was also notified that I would receive my parcel between 15:00-17:00 but no communication was given to me with regards to how long the driver would be.
After nearly a month of waiting for my Xbox series s to arrive, after paying an arm and a leg for it I receive a box that looks as though it has been thrown around alot. The contents include the console, controller, hdmi and power cable but the batteries were missing. As if that's not bad enough, the controller has issues...I thought I'd be supporting a legitimate business but it seems that they are not as legitimate
I would like to share my dissatisfaction with mweb as they are pathetic. I tried scheduling an installation for fiber last year November and I was not called back or anything like that. A month ago I was billed, firstly the disconnect my fiber line and I was billed again but I have a free trial with openserve. I would like to find out how can this be solved because you guys are pathetic
I emailed them a few weeks ago to cancel my subscription as I didn't use it but I'm still being billed for it
