Yesterday the 7th of September 2025, someone made a deposit to my account on one of Capitec ATMs in Cape Town CBD, while she was making a deposit of R2000 an ATM went offline or out of service while it was processing the deposit, the funds did not reflect on my account. She went to the bank today the 8th of September 2025 to report it and it was investigated. While doing a follow up the following information was received: Update on ref #138794764 Your service request has been declined and closed. We did not find any funds at our device. For more info, please contact Client Care on 0860102043. Kind regards @capite - I would like this matter to be investigated further ASAP because an amount of R2000 can not just disappear while it was inserted in your ATM machine.
I've had the worst experience with blue Advance. I used their services by borrowing R50 electricity. When I paid it back the payment did not reflect so I paid another R50 then it reflected. I have made contact with them several times to query the first R50 that I paid. I have logged more that 3 tickets and I have been waiting for them to get back to me, till today no one has called me to fix the matter. I am not happy at all with their services.
My experience with Rain was great at first when I placed my order on the 11th December 2024. I have been waiting for the delivery of my order since the 11 December 2024 and I was told that it will take 3 to 5 days, I have queried this with their support 4 times already and no one made contact. I am very disappointed by their poor service.
I was assisted by Nomakhwezi, she gave me the best service. The process was quick and easy, loved it 👍
I have had the worst experience with this company. I hired a car end of May and I have been waiting for my refund since April until now I have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails to them, they rep**** and said its being processed and that was 2 month ago. I sent 2 emails recently, they are now not responding at all. I do not know what to do anymore. I hope someone from the company reads.
