I bought a Hisense glass fridge from Makro in September 2025, in January 2026 the glass on the outside cracked unprovoked, the whole to fridge door is covered with a cracked glass, I logged a return with Makro, sent them the pictures and videos of the fridge, they advised Hisense, and Hisense came back and told them that the glass door are not covered by the warranty, which is very disappointing and confusing as to why are they making fridge with glass doors is the glass is not covered, and the glass cracking was not my fault either, I am very upset with Hisense it only been 5 months with this fridge already I am having problems, I will also report this to the ombudsmen should I not get assistance from here.
I bought a fan online in January, when I assembled it, it was not stable, I logged a return for a refund on the 09th of January 2025, fan was collected on the 29th of January, even then I had to phone and follow up when they were coming to collect and eventually, they collected, after that I didn't get any update on how far my refund was, I don't know how many time I have phone after that asking for an update for my refund, but the agents keep on telling me the same thing that my refund is not processed but they escalating to finance it been weeks now hearing the same story every time I phone, today is the 14th of February 2025, still they do not even bother to communicate the status. The level of incompetence from such a big store is really disappointing.
Poor service it is disgusting, they not replying to my review, I've tried other means to get hold of them, but I can't get through, it is disgusting
Liquidfin has been added on my credit profile, saying I took a loan with them back in 2021, Whereas I've never even heard of them and at the time of the loan taken, I was unemployed I don't know how I would've qualified for Loan, tried calling them to dispute but i was not assisted
Would definately recomend them to anyone the best so far, I was able to buy my washing machine, phone apparel the list is endless on the things I've bought so far using happy pay,
After a review I wrote here, they were quick to respond and my query was sorted on less than an hour, Thank you for your prompt assistance, my pid up letter was share immediately after I requested.
I'm not happy with just bridge, made a payment late October 2023, and they promised to send settlement letter by the 07th pf November, and today is the 29th on November, and I still haven't received the letter from them.
I'VE NEVER TAKEN A LOAN FROM THEM YET THEY ARE SHOWING ON MY CREDIT REPORT, THEIR NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST AND THIS OVE R4000.00 DEBT IS AFFECTING MY CREDIT SCORE, I CAN'T EVEN BUT A CAR, PLEASE HELP SO THIS CAN BE LIFTED UNDER MY NAME
