Pathetic manager
Anna the manager. So called manager with no customer skill. No proper ethics. Had the displeasure of running into her at Cafe cuba cornubia. Worst decision they made in a manager. Waiters and waitresses know us well. Treat us with respect but Anna doesn't know what respect is. Sam, Vinod and team well done. But please Anna needs to go. Kills the vibe. Posted on Google reviews till date no response

Cornubia branch Pathetic service from Zinhle and Sfundo. New SA we understand and speak IsiZulu
Pathetic service. Walking around like their dying 6 people behind the counter. One sipping on something. Looks at us an ignores us. Sfundo crawls over to us I order. He doesn't ask sizes just makes his own thing. What I ordered isn't what I received. The lady Zinhle talking about us in Zulu as of we don't understand. Not one person had a smile or spoke nicely. Is this how u treat paying clients?
