Absolutely appalling service. For a company that boldly claims to be a “leader in professionalism,” the reality is the complete opposite. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and any sense of accountability is nonexistent. What’s worse is their complete disregard for customers who have already paid upfront for a full month of services. They cancel appointments whenever it suits them—no notice, no apology, no respect for your time. Trying to plan your day around them is a joke. You’ll book a morning session, only to be told they’re “running late,” then pushed to midday, and somehow they still only pitch up in the afternoon. And when they finally do show up? Expect rushed, half-hearted work that clearly reflects their lack of care or professionalism. This is, without a doubt, some of the most disorganized and disrespectful service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company entirely.
I have received nothing but appalling customer experience from your agents and Supervisor Malinda Mangiza who is so narrow minded that she cannot hear anything else but what she is able to answer, so repetitive even when told that I understand but I'm posing a different question. The Agent that transferred me to Malinda, Khanyi, so robotic, it's almost as if they cannot formulate a different answer apart from their script. Than it's Thandile/Thandeka who so nicely asked me hold and just hung up on a customer. Need I mention Miranda Dlokolo, who answered and decided to keep quiet but has the nerve to send me an sms to rate her interaction. All I asked was that my dispute be taken seriously and my contracting call be listened to, but I guess no one in MTN. Can do that!
How am I expected to pay for a fee I was not advised of? I just started with MTN on the 17/04/2023 the lady i spoke to said i will pay pro rata and May's invoice at once and my next bill will be in June. Why am I receiving an invoice telling me to pay R1230. I've already paid Close to R800 and i will not be paying any other fee i was not advised of.
Why is my account debited with R703 cause when I took this contract on the 17th of September. I was told there will be no pro rata hence you took R1 and "pro rata is on you". I have had so many problems since I order this thing
You sent me a message at 10 saying you have a delay, when you are supposed to be delivering a parcel. You say an agent will contact me soon, I had to call your company at 14:30 only to get an agent telling me my delivery is canceled... By Who!!! And why are you saying there is a delay when you know it's cancelled, this is ridiculous.
This is my 3rd time reaching out to rain regarding a delivery of a home router... I have been patient since the 17th of September waiting for the delivery of a router, I went through the CCD website and scheduled a delivery for today between 10 - 11, I received an sms at 10 saying there is a delay and an agent will contact me soon, it is now 14:30 and I decided to call the company, only to find out that delivery has been cancelled from Rain's side as per Samkelisiwe from CCD. What do I have to do to get this device delivered. If you cannot get this sorted, please cancel this purchase and confirm that it is cancelled.
I was advised that I would get an sms regarding the delivery of my router within 2-3 business days, this was Saturday, it is the 4th business day and nothing yet. Can I just be assisted with delivery.
All I asked for was to simply change my delivery address, Since the 17th of September, I am still waiting for my device to be delivered, can someone actually do their job, that's all I ask. I have called their your call center a 100 times and and I am still waiting
