If I could give zero stars, I would.
The previous owners of the house we bought used LVG Projects to handle the electrical and plumbing CoCs (Certificates of Compliance) required for the transfer of property ownership. Shockingly, they issued these certificates without doing any of the work necessary to ensure the house was legally compliant. We’ve since had three independent plumbers (including one they brought in to "verify" the others’ findings) assess the property — every single one confirmed the same thing: the house is nowhere near compliant. Serious issues include: None of the geysers meeting basic SANS regulations (missing drip trays, stop ****s, incorrect piping, lack of support beams, etc.). One geyser was completely unknown to LVG, raising the question — did they even visit the property before issuing the certificate? Most concerning of all: one of the geysers was insecurely mounted on a ceiling beam, putting my family’s safety at serious risk. We gave them the chance to make things right. They only responded after we sent a letter of demand, and still, the required plumbing work has not been completed. This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligence. I cannot in good conscience recommend #LVGProjects to anyone. If you’re relying on them for compliance, double-check everything. Your safety could depend on it.

We discovered that the previous owners of the house we bought used LVG Projects to issue the electrical and plumbing CoCs required for the property transfer. Unfortunately, the plumbing CoC was issued without any of the necessary work being done to ensure compliance. Since moving in, we've had three independent plumbers assess the property (including one referred by LVG themselves), and all confirmed the same thing: the house is nowhere near compliant. Issues included: Geysers not meeting SANS regulations (no drip trays, no stop ****s, incorrect piping, missing support beams, etc.) One geyser wasn’t even known to LVG, raising the serious question of whether they ever actually inspected the property before issuing the CoC. We gave LVG the opportunity to fix their mistake, but they only responded after receiving a letter of demand — and still, the plumbing issues remain unresolved. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you're considering using #LVGProjects, proceed with caution. We trusted that a CoC meant compliance — but clearly, with this company, that was not the case.

My husband and I are truly blessed with three beautiful, healthy children aged two, almost three, and almost six. On the 22nd of May, our almost-four-year-old daughter underwent a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and grommet insertion at Cure Day Hospital in Somerset West. We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care we received. Dr. Gérard De Bruyn, the brilliant ENT surgeon, performed the procedure with skill and compassion. His calm, confident manner and thorough step-by-step explanations were incredibly reassuring. Alongside him was Dr. Kashif Abass, the anaesthesiologist, whose kind, gentle nature put us and our little one completely at ease. From admission to discharge, the staff at Cure Day Hospital were outstanding. Every nurse and staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into one of calm and comfort. Incredible Experience
