I purchased sneakers online for my daughter on the 24th of December and didn’t get an response, apparently their offices were closed but they didn’t update their website I requested for a refund they only responded on the 10th of January and told me to go to the store meanwhile I bought the shoes online and I have a newborn till to date it’s a back and forth they don’t want to refund such terrible service they are bad to deal with.
I first went to Sportscene in West gate I asked for size 8 Nike sneaker and the consultant put the box at the till I paid and left when I got home I realised that it’s size 7 I went and returned the sneakers then I decided to go to Total sport in West gate to buy there and consultant did the same exact thing but this time he gave me size 9. It seems to be an ongoing trend of them not being honest when they don’t have a shoe size and selling incorrect shoe sizes
We purchased tickets for the Taste of Africa music and food festival and the event was cancelled, I keep calling no response I have sent emails not response. We paid for 3 tickets which is 900.00 we are requesting for a refund.
