I ordered two tablets on the 31st December 2025, with a scheduled delivery date of 5th of January 2026. Unfortunately, the order has not been delivered, and I have waited in anguish for my order to be delivered, and the delay was very frustrating. I contacted the customer service on Wednesday to enquire about the delay delivery ,and the consultant logged a call on my behalf. However when I called them on Thursday following up on the call I logged on Wednesday , there was still no feedback provided. Due to the lack of communication and continued delay , I requested the order to be cancelled o that the refund to be processed ;however I haven't received the confirmation of the cancellation. If I don't receive the refund by Tuesday next week, I will lodge a complain with the National Consumer Commission.
SARS is full of ****. I submitted a payment arrangment on the 9th of February 2024. I followed up with them on the 28th of February, and they told me that their turnaround is 21 days. I made a follow up again on the 27th of March 2024, they told me that they have submitted a garnishee order to my bank. This is ****. These ******* people submitted they are not doing their damn job, I submitted a payment arrangment , and my case is still is progress.
They are very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with their service. They are owing me 7 lessons because the tutor Elizabeth Catherine only attended one lesson, and she said she doesn't feel safe coming to my complex, she was very unprofessional. I asked them to look for another tutor ,and I waited for almost two weeks for them to find a new tutor. After two weeks I called them asking them to refund me because they are wasting my time. They sent me an email saying they haven't been able to find anyone in my area , they asked me to send them my banking details. They haven't refunded me after wasting my time, my child is starting his exam next week.
I made a booking on the 03 October 2023( reference number 1071177417) , but I realised that I selected the wrong date.I immediately cancelled the booking.I received a cancellation confirmation from Viator and they mentioned I will receive my refund within 3-5 business days.Now they are giving me a runaround , they are telling me that the problem is with my bank. I contacted my bank yesterday and they told me that they didn’t receive any payment from Viator. .I asked them to send me the proof of payment but they sent me an email saying that they refund was processed on the 3rd of October 2023.It feels like they are ****ming me. I demand an immediate refund.They are ******.
