I bought 5 Kg of Monati Mabela A Ting Co**** one, when I arrived home and emptied into a container I saw that the packet says co**** however the content if very fine. I called the Customer Care line on the back of the pack and was given another number0860 103 764 and the lady was not helpful she gave me a Whatsapp number to log my query. I logged it on whatsapp line 087 359 0476 with the picture as I was told to do so, nothing happened my message is still not answered. Why give us customer service number if you do not care about us?
I changed to Bestmed in December 2023 and application was processed quickly. I am in the month of February 2024 and have not received my Medical Aid card. I called them on 19 February 2024 to find out when am I getting my card and to my surprise was told that they no longer courier the cards I must come to their offices to collect it. I work in Heidelberg and stay in Alberton , they said their nearest office is in Pretoria I must come to collect it. Why did they not tell me before joining that I will have to come and collect it. They say I can print the certificate and use it. I am so annoyed and frustrated in just 1.5 months with them.
I bought Nandos 1/4 leg Grande with Rice (Mild) at Nandos in Alberton and it was a takeaway. The food was just cooked and did not taste like a Nandos meal. It did not have flavour. I wrote to customer complain department and my issue was resolved within 2 hours. This was a very good customer service.
#BlackFriday On 26 October 2023 I ordered dessert cups with lids 4 X (40 in a packet). They were R129 per packet. I paid and send proof of payment and told them that I will come and collect on Friday 27 October 2023. I went to collect in Midrand and was served by Mpho. I was given a plastic with my order and she told the guy at the door what items were in the packet. The guy stamped the Tax invoice and I left. We all three did not open to check what was inside and when I arrived home and wanted to start preparing the dessert I noticed that they gave me 3 instead of 4 packets. From the 3 I only used 2 packets since the 3rd one were all cracked on the side. So instead of preaparing 160 desserts I could only do 80. Monday 30 October 2023 I told them that the oeder was not correct but they insist that it was fine. I told them the whole packet was cracked they said I must send pictures of which I did. The only response I got was " I really do noy understand cause we've never had any problems with them'. This means I flushed R258 down the drain. This is a very bad customer service.
Someone from Cell C *****ulently reactivated my old Cell C contract in July 2023. I received a statement that they will debit my bank account R540 on last day of August. I called them to report that I never activated the contract and was advised to go nad make an affidavit at police station, send that statement and a copy of my ID which I did. This was on 07 August 2023. I requested the recording where I did commit to the contract and they did not send. They gave me a Reference number 3080702363. My case is still not resolved. They then have the audacity to send me an email saying I took the contract with them, and it will expire in 2025. These people are debiting my account without my authorization, and I reverse it with charges. They then call to say I owe them. Cell C is a ****. I have run out of options as now this will affect my clean credit record; I will be labelled as a bad payer.
