I placed an order before Black Friday, my order took weeks before it could be delivered. The shoes don’t fit, I tried sending emails and calling for a return they don’t respond
The worst experience ever, my room was the coldest I couldn’t even bond with my baby because I didn’t want him to get cold so he spent most of his time in the nursery room, how on earth does such a huge hospital have non functional air conditioning? I’m down on flu as I write this I can’t do anything due to the cold I caught while admitted, we asked several times to be moved to a warmer room but we were told that all the of them are the same. I had the worst experience with the team that was working at maternity ward on Saturday and Sunday day shift, I was left unattended they didn’t do their rounds, I was only checked at night by Brenda both days, the lady who was working in the nursery Sister Kholo was always on her phone, carried my baby without supporting his neck, changed his diaper without cleaning the cord and when I asked she said ‘it is up to you how you want to do it’. Sunday my bed was never done, the senior nurse who was there when I was supposed to be discharged she told me to wait, I waited for 30 minutes before she could attend to me, the Dr discharged me around 10 but I left the hospital around 13:30 because she decided to do her paperwork. As for the kitchen, make a plan we being served low standard food, this is not the first time in April when I was admitted the food was horrible and the portions are so small, their meals are not appetising. The cleaning service is top notch 👌🏾
Miway Blink has bad service, I have logged a claim for accidental damages on the 6/10/23 till today 14/10/23 no communication from them. And I always have a problem with their App each and every month when I’m supposed to claim cashback, they have a very bad service 😡😡😡
