I am yet again disappointed by the level of service received from Mr Delivery and Pick n pay first all they sell in the internet iterms that are sold out and not available and you only get disappointed once your order arrives to find that the item is not there, no communications what so ever they claim to have an alternative option added for selection that only gets updated once you complain. I would advise people to honestly start using checkers 360 From now wards. A Jada. W support agent who thinks he / she is the best agent aver knows nothing about customer service. I am now going to post in the socials cause this is not the first time this level of pathetic service is handed to customers.
I am so disappointed in SARS they are quick to take money and try to get money out of law abiding citizens but they do not provide a good service, I have been waiting for my refund since July I keep following up to no assistance. Each day I'm told you will get a response till to date I have received nothing. This is not acceptable how they are quick to deduct funds from people but when it's time to release funds nothing is done. Today September 10 I still have not received my money and no one seems to want to assist.
Horrific experience with this bank, I added a complaint and no one and I mean no one got back to me to assist or find out what happened, I was left stranded could not use my account and was told to wait for 24 hours before I could transact. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I am so disappointed with the level of service I have received from Tyme bank is you ask me this is the most useless place one can save their money. I am unable to access my account and have been asked to call tomorrow after 24 hours. I am stranded right now cannot access any of my funds. What's frustrating the most is that u cannot get any assistance from Tyme bank because they have no branches. We have fixed account where we have saved all lot of money and I am now considering closing all my Tyme bank accounts and remove all my funds. This bank is useless if you ask me. I have even been defending the stupid bank but and I regret that now
I would like to thank Sanlam for the quick response in which they assisted my Mom with her quiry. It turned out that the problem was not on their side but Twinsaver HR department. Regards
I have never had to write about Nampak on any level but they have put in place currently a very *********** HR Manager ( called Dominic in the Belville branch who does not know anything about the job she is doing. She has delayed my Mother's Retirement fund from Sanlam because of such incompetence and not knowing how to do her Job. Such behaviour is not exceptable. I need a senior at Twinsaver to tell me how can such a person be put in such a role. These are people's life's we are talking about does this mean the company does not care about their employees.
Sanlam has yet again shown very bad customer service and client relationship. After a review posted by myself on hello Peter about my Mom's pension fund not payed. I was promised they where investigating and feedback would be provided by the 18th today is the 20th and not even anyone has called my mother and provided her with a response. A lady by the name of Marsha Wildschut wrote an email asking for us to not write on hello Peter again and that she would provide feedback. She is to date not called us or given us a response. This behaviour is from the Sanlam head office if their head office is treating people like this no wonder call centre agents dont give two ****s as well to perform their duties properly. Can someone get back to my mother asap.
My mother has taken her retirement and Sanlam is providing a bad service and they are not paying her the retirement money she saved through them. We suspect the reason for this is because she refused to still keep her money there and let them pay her every month and wants her full pension. She went to their offices yesterday and still left without any help. How the hell does Sanlam think my mother is surviving at the moment when she has no income, she has no food she cannot pay her bills and Sanlam is treating her like the money is theirs. She was even thinking of saving some of the money with them but now because of the poor service we are currently receiving she wants all her money and nothing to do with this pathetic company. Not even a funeral policy or insurance policy Sanlam is really pathetic.
