If this is the company that is Called "Rewards" that deals with Vodacom contract, stay away. Worst ever..
The "after sale" service at Marquis finance is worse than going to a municipality for service. They never answer a call. You sit in call line for hours...i got through once, spoke to a friendly lady, was promised the paper work i require within 20 minutes it is now 12 days and 2 emails later, still nothing. I will not recommend as once you are a client they are not interested in your requests.
I bought a fridge/ freezer today. There were 2 of them on floor far exactly the same price. Only difference was the one had a cold water dispenser and the other did not have one. The sales person on the floor (Mandla) went to check stock. He confirmed stock for the one with water dispenser. Now I reside 50km away from makro. Came home to fetch bakkie and fetch my freezer. Sad to say when I opened it that there was no water dispeser. I phoned Makro in Nelspruit to be told that the pri e on this freezer today shows R400 more than which I paid. Was I called a liar. ?.?. I feel like I was called one. Is it now a case of when you buy something at Makro you must take a picture. Surely they can look what happened on cctv. And if there was a price difference and a mix up why did the sales person not know/say anything regarding the fact that the 2 fridges were different prices. Surely if you have 2 items at different prices you would know there was a problem somewhere if they both had a price tag which showed the same amount?
