Discovery KEYCARE a joke - MOST UNHELPFUL
Keycare plus help / call centre are awful. I am unemployed and dropped my medical plan to Keycare plus. I called for assistance -WRefNo#11728521930#- -MailRef#3717707574#- and was emailed documentation to completed ref 11733937193 documents and retrenchment letter received. Person I spoke to no where on the 29.12.2025 told me I had to provide bank statements. -WRefNo#11728521930#- -MailRef#3717707574#- Documentation -MailRef#3719005703#- i called today to follow up as no one has called me as stated in the email only to be told I am missing documentation - NO ONE EMAILED OR CALLED ME. I cannot get the documentation immediately as I am financially battling. I told the call centre lady my phone might go off as I have very little air time after holding 20 minutes to talk to someone. The phone went dead an no one called back. I cancelled my medical aid as I just cannot continue with this awful service from Keycare plus department... and the worst of it all they still taking the highest premium at the end of the month R3687.00 even though I do not have these funds as stated in the telephone conversation

Truck blocks parking of business on more than 1 occasion
Truck parked in main Street Scott Street Scottburgh blocking all parking areas for 5 businesses. Only moved his truck now 07h55 some businesses open at 07h00 very unprofessional of the trucking company. Have photos

FACEBOOK ALLOWS HACKERS TO MSKE MONEY IN META
Very confused and frustrated!! A month of daily reporting a hacked page to all possible emails with minimal assistance unless you PAY? metaonlineservice@onmail.com wants money? No response whatsoever from: support@fb.com abuse@fb.com phish@fb.com records@fb.com I provided all information and proof of the hackers: This is the email address that hacked my account confirmfromfacebook37@skiff.com – has now been closed down as I reported it as a hacker to Skiff and Skiff closed down the email address I cannot get the messages as the phone number listed belongs to the hacker and the codes go to them +234 916 693 8471 +27 84 820 3554 got harassed by the whatsapp number for days. This is a free platform Facebook but we are expected to pay when hacked? What is the point of all the support and reporting if nothing is done without paying? Some people are unemployed or got ****med and cannot pay!! What does Facebook do about people like this? NOTHING!!

FACEBOOK DO NOTHING WHEN YOU CONTINOUSLY REPORTING A HACKED ACCOUNT
My account was hacked evening 13th October via messenger links. I have logged the page as hake, ****, suicide, harassment (due to using my photo's to **** my friends) to NO AVAIL - THANKS FOR NOTHING FACEBOOK!!! Reported it under pretending to be someone else, **** account, **** name, inappropriate things, bullying and something else. TO DATE NOTHING FROM FACEBOOK. I have no turned this over to SA cyber crimes My daughter's did report the account. I can no longer access it as whoever hacked me changed my email address and phone number. Photo evidence of everything has been sent to Facebook via email. When my daughter tried to warn people on my page the hacker verbally swore her and then proceeded to block her off my Facebook account I want this account permanently closed I will open a new account. Concerned the hackers will be abusive in my account. Have warned those who I can. Also now my photo's are being used to **** my friends left on the Facebook page. All friends and family have daily been logging as hacked, **** or inappropriate with ABOSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE OR HELP FROM FACEBOOK!! (ALL EVIDENCE PROVIDED) Please be aware the hacker who took over my account is using a ruse with money.
