Avbob dissointed me big time. My policy was due for cashback on the 1 of March 2026. I app**** for the cashback on the self service portal and uploaded all the required documents..... I got no correspondence from avbob about them receiving the claim.... Today I then get a sms that my policy is due for cashback claim and that I must apply.... What I don't understand is that why am I getting this sms when I already app**** for the cashback. When I call the call center they don't answer and when they do the call is ended abruptly.. I've sent countless emails with the documents bt still silence... I am deeply concerned with the service because I am asking myself what will I do when there's a funeral, am i going to get this service also... Even today I tried calling thier call center and their head office bt my call is ended abruptly.. Avbob must address this issue
If it were possible I'd give russells 0 stars.. Their Lshaped recliner sofa is pathetic....I bought for +- R23000 but to my surprise it's wood is masonite.... It didn't even last 3 years because I bought it on 2022....i know when it comes to furniture that price is not that steep but ****it if being ********** was a person that would be me..... The sofa looks like a 40 year old mattress..... Please don't buy sofa or anything that is built with wood from russells sontonga mall or russells.... Please my good people I beg you.....#black friday
I've been ordering from da takealot app for years now.... Never had a delivery issue and a product issue with them.... Keep up the good work but I would like the takealot team to work on the tracking feature of the app it just shows that the package is out for delivery to your address and then just freezes in between the takealot pickup and home address... But other than that keep up the good work.... #hastag blackfriday
I have been banking with absa for years now and I haven't had any issues with it..... I recommend that anyone who wishes to open an account to do so with absa.... Perfect and easy online banking and banking app... To absa as a whole keep it up
Fast... Easy....and not a ****.... They over charged me for my disk renewal but sent me a message to inform me I was over charged and told me IL be reimbursed... I was reimbursed the exact amount they said they would in the sms.... I am definitely using disky again next year to renew my license disk... Very every good service didn't even have to talk to an agent I did everything via their automated bot on WhatsApp
I had ***** in my funeral policy at assupol.... I was told to submit a complaint form and my bank statement and I did... I was then told that the complaint was resolved and that I will get my premiums refunded... On Monday I received an email from Bronte Samantha Williams regarding proof of payment.... Upon checking the proof of payment I saw that the details of the bank account are not mine.... I tried several times to contact assupol via email but I'm not getting a response.... I don't understand why this happened because I sent my bank statement but still the payment was made in a wrong account.
