Samsung appointed them as agents in Cape Town region. Had to wait 4 weeks to fix my fridge compressor and would have doubled if I did not call 3 times a day. What an exhausting period. Good luck for anyone who needs to deal with this useless company.
BA cancelled flight in Dec 2020. Refund was promised in voucher firm by call centre. We are now 6 months down the line, 13 calls of which each is 40 min waiting time, and 16 email reminders. Conclusion is that they are just going in circles to avoid issuing any voucher. Head of call centre Keesha Regal is keeping to her empty promises
Just acting as middle man and offer no added benefit. Actually, you save no time in using them, just complicate the process more. They are a “push through” service, not placing any care in their customer’s needs and looking for the fastest way in making their buck with minimal effort. With their neglectful approach my documents where incorrectly submitted, costing me excessive fees from parastatals.
