Don't waste your money. Can't use the system, nobody responds to emails, and there is no telephone number. Money literally down the drain. Owner's responses to these HelloPeter bad reviews are "sorry but I'm overloaded". Then don't take on new clients, or hire someone to help you.

Receive an invoice for an outstanding amount of less than R200. 3 working days later I get a call from their collections department. 2.5 hours later I get another call. I'm a long-standing client of Lancet, and always pay, so why are they making me feel like I'm going to be blacklisted. I also don't want to have to follow a whole bunch of security questions, which once again, is a total waste of my time. I will be taking my business to Ampath in the future.
I have had insurance with Vodacom for over 5 years, and I cancelled with them (giving what I thought was 30 day's notice). My phone got ****** a week later. I then approached Vodacom and disputed the fact that they wouldn't pay out, and requested a recording from them. It's been 6 weeks now, and still no word. I am entitled to a recording of the conversation to prove whether I was given the right advice at the time. DO NOT GO NEAR VODACOM INSURANCE
