I'm so disappointed by takealot after all the support of given them...they treated me so badly...I bought multiple perfumes from takealot by lataffa some came with the 3D sticker on the packaging some didn't...those that never had I returned but now a day's they wouldn't let me return the **** perfumes...they open my perfume used it and than returned it to me how rude of them... I'm done with takealot...
I am very disappointed with the service I received at Clicks in Durban at the Bluff Center. The elderly colored lady treated me like a ********. She kept on pointing at me while whispering in her staff members ears. This type of hostile treatment should never be experienced by customers.
my recent purchases from takealot.com make me believe I was mislead by false adverti*****ts. I bought a lot of gifts in December 2023 for Christmas. The one sleep wear was nothing like the adverti*****t that was so unacceptable.Again last month I bought a product by Lattafa Oud for Glory, on the adverti*****t the package is see through with the 3D Lattafa sticker on it you can also see the top end of the lid is gold plated. The perfume I received was in a non-transparent box,no 3D Lattafa sticker no gold plated lid with the name Lattafa imprinted. They can proceed selling **** perfumes, but please not mislead us as customers.
It still hurts to this day when I think about it even though it happened a few years back. We had an emergency so we ended up at Matatiele private hospital with my special needs son. We waited a few hours for Resqmed ambulance services from Kokstad. Couldn't understand why when there are private ambulance services in Matatiele. A group of young guys came and rushed my son off to Durban City Hospital we followed with our own vehicle. The guys stopped in Kokstad for sometime to get a oxygen bottle. Halfway through the guys changed drivers. We than arrived in Durban the ambulance driver took a wrong turn down the taxi alley, stopped and reversed straight into our vehicle. I tried by all means to warn him but it was too late. My son's hand was injured in the process he still bears the scare from the drip niddle that tore his hand open. The ambulance driver called it in told me he will pay for damages. The day after I called the ambulance services owner John to explain the situation. John turned out to be one step ahead of me by letting me run after him for months. I let it go but learnt a valuable lesson, got myself the law on call with FNB for future incidents like these.
