Disappointed and ****ed
American swiss woodlands extremely Disappointed to buy something from this store hopefully I'll get helped well we bought just an engagement ring from them on the 29th of July 2025 and the colour started changing we called and they said they'll book it in well they did and it came back on the 15th of October 2025 it even went worse from silver to bronze. I've asked for my money back and they refused can I kindly please at least get refunded back my money coz clearly the store is giving false adverti*****t you can't say it's silver next thing you get something else

I'm very disappointed
Firstly I know I'm late but due to unforseen circumstances this is my situation where by I'm looking for a grade R space well they said the school is full well I understand then the person working there n 1 of the Grade R Teachers said I must pay them R800 for them to take my child....so what I want to understand is that the space is there yet they are selling that??I think the Department of Education must intervene on this....the next thing since I don't send the money they say I'm wasting their time they have other people to help....Nellmapius primary school 2

TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED
I have received a very bad service at OBC Centurion Mall which is not the first time that happens....I went there to buy food for my lunch as a customer I have every right to choose what I want and what I don't want.So it has gotten to a point were by I tell a lady by the name of LETHABO that this and that I don't want and the answer was "The RULES of this store I'm not allowed to open other food if others are not finished" I'm working at a retail and a customer has every right to choose what they want...I'm so very disappointed OBC must give their stuff a better training

Disappointed
I'm so very disappointed with petros Centurion mall where by last night in the evening time around 18:30 I've called and placed an order since I was around the mall when I went there to collect my order 1 told me that it's 7 we've already cashed up don't you know the closing time? And we never received any call we don't have any orders here...and it's the second time they do that the last time I did order when it's time to collect they told me that they've sold my order only chips left 4 me.if this is how the business runs and how you train your stuff I'm soooo disappointed after all we still customers we bring something to the Table😞 💔
