Good day On 28 September 2024 I was in a freak accident at one of momentum's clients property. A concrete block with a rusted sharp pen in it and poles were left on the sidewalk where pedestrians walk. There was no danger signs nothing for more or less than 2 months, so whenever someone pass there they must be careful not to fall. I'm living opposite these premises and on the 28th of September I went to get some fruit from a shop situated on that premises. When I came back I was looking for oncoming cars so that I can cross the road, the next minute I was on my face, I got up with a foot that was cut open where blood was running on the pavement side, nose bleeding profusely and a broken tooth. I called one of the shoppers for help, he asked if I knew anyone I said no and he called the security from the complex I'm living at. They carried me across the road and a colleague came to fetch me. I went to emergency they try to stop the bleeding but it kept on bleeding eventually the emergency staff succeeded with some stitches but it kept on bleeding. They did a scan found that my nose was broken and I lost a tooth and a lot of blood. I had to get an emergency operation for my nose, which is still painful. I'm in and out of hospital, lost a lot of blood, blood infection and infections. All I want to know who must pay for all of this?? I had a meeting with Mr Rix who told me that they will only pay for co-payments doesn't matter if his client admit guilt. Himself and his client have the video footage of how I felt and that's why he's client took responsibility. Mr Rix and one of momentum's assessors had the audacity to call my employer, my employer told him that this happened outside my working hours and he will not interfere because it got nothing to do with my work. Momentum for such a big company is the feedback I get regards a claim pathetic, I have a lot of medical bills. Mr Rix you are definitely not the right person for this job. If I don't have feedback in the next 24 hours I will take the matter further. Don't push me Mr Rix!
Good day I've laid a complaint about negligence with one of Momentum's clients, the client acknowledged negligence and put a claim in by Momentum a month ago. A Mr Rix from Momentum contacted me to say they have all the proof about the accident that happened at the premises of their client, but Momentum will only pay for all payment not paid by my medical aid. I told him that my medical aid is for my use only and not for the negligence caused by Momentum's client. I've sent a letter of final demand, but Mr Rix feels that he will not make a payment now. Seeing that I have all these medical bills, loss of income and etc. I demand Momentum to sort this mess out with immediate effect. If not, I will not hesitate to put Momentum on all social media platforms as well as print media and radio.
Good evening I bought a few things from Cotton On Namibia I went and return the stuff on the 23rd of June 2024, the lady who assist me said my refund will take 7-10 business to reflect back in my account, it's been 13 days and still no refund. I queried it with the branch in Namibia(Windhoek) and they laid a complaint. The manager in Windhoek 9was very /helpful assisting me, but SA head /office just ignoring her. I 9just 9want to warn the public out there /not to /buy from Cotton On they will not receive their money back , if they return goods. This is the most pathetic clothing place I've heard off. I will warn everyone that I know not to buy anything from them.
I got my glasses from specsavers cornubia mall Durban after a year and a half the frame handles just fell out I went to specsavers in Grove Mall Windhoek the lady in the front said my glasses got a two year warranty she ask for the proof which I went and give them they contacted cornubia mall Durban and they said there is no warranty on my glasses because it was COVID time "what a joke" please people be careful of specsavers they rob people the quality of their glasses are pathetic!!!!!!!!
Good day I contacted Margaret since last week from Absa Life via email and telephonic regards bank charges that was taken from my account for debit orders reversed on internet banking and she did not contact me at all I had to call her and she just said sorry but still not doing anything about my query, I also send an email to Basani and no reply.....I just wonder how people do their work if they don't respond to emails, they also give the bank a very bad name.....I'm forever sorry giving Margaret and Basani on a previous review good feedback they not worth it. Margaret promised that she will get back to me yesterday but didn't I called and her line is engaged. Absa please employ people that a passion for their work and are there because they value Absa as an employer. What happened to client services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I request a refund and telephone and data expenses as soon as possible, if not I will expose you on all social media networks , don't call me please send me emails I want everything on black and white!!!!!!!
Good day Today I called Absa Credit Card Department enquiring about some amounts been debited on my account which a lady named Keshi could not give me a proper explanation about irregular amounts debited on my account, I didn't authorize any debit orders with Absa Bank Credit Card Department, because she took so long to answer my questions I asked her to call me back and she didn't, they also say they have a toll free number it is not toll free!!!!!! Absa Bank can you please sort your mess out and give your staff proper training, I want answers in the next 24 hours thank you

I got 2 policies with Absa Life, which I cancelled in August, they ignored my cancellation and kept on taking money from my account, which I had to reverse manually, this time they submitted the debit order again while there was no money and now my account is in overdraft I contacted them again via email (which is the best communication and proof of cancellation) through my branch the following lady Bongiwe Sishaba promised the branch that she will contact me and she didn't I will not recommend anyone to join Absa Life their service are pathetic never ever again...PLEASE BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just like to tell everyone that Dischem pharmacy gateway mall's service is pathetic. On Friday 23 July I whatsapp a script to them with instructions, they say on their website you can whatsapp the script on Saturday 24 July I still didn't hear anything from them so I called and spoke to the manager of the pharmacy and she was so rude telling me they are busy and will give attention to my script when they have time, I told her that my son will pick up the medication, but when he got to the pharmacy at 15h45pm they still didn't do it and my son had to wait for 1 hour in that queue, one of the staff called me to say she need the original script and I told her that is the original script in pdf format she insisted that my doctor must mail it to them and I told her that I never had a problem with Cornubia branch when I emailed the script to them, she also didn't give me all my medication on the script and the instruction on the whatsapp message, my point is please everyone out there don't use Dischem Gateway mall the staff there is rude and unprofessional
