<p>Monday we ordered in 2 pizzas for dinner. I has placed the order myself and asked if the special for 2 Large pizzas with 3 toppings applied on a Monday and was told it did not. </p> <p>We had the pizza delivered 20 minutes later, piping hot. When I put up the booklet on my fridge, I saw that there had been a special on a Monday, where one buys 2 pizzas and gets the third free. I then called the Table View Branch, where I had ordered from and asked if i could please get my 3rd pizza, that I would be happy to collect it. I was told that it was not available as i did not ask for it.</p> <p>I then proceeded to ask why then it was that they as the people on the forefront dealing with customers, did not promote or 'remind' the customer of the special of the day - I was then told that they are not allowed to promote specials.</p> <p>This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard a business say. I was not putting the business out in any way, as I had offered to collect the pizza myself and not ask for someone to drop it off.</p> <p>I would like to point out that this would have actually been going the extra mile, in an industry which relies on service to bring the customer back again and again. Instead this leaves a bad taste in my mouth and will have me keeping my options open going forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont have a promotion if you are not going to honour it!</p> <p> </p>
I visit your establishment every 6wks to the spa. Today was the first time, having been told to park across the road at the church, that I was charged for parking. I have been coming to you for over a year. The lady at reception usually give a validated parking card and I have never had to pay. I am disgusted that I spend so much and now I have to pay to park across the road in a crummy parking area away from the spa. I am seriously considering cancelling my next appointment and finding somewhere else to go monthly.
Complaint logged with Vodacom 16 February 2015. Upon upgrading i was offered 24 months free 1G of date, which turns out to have only been a 3 months offer and have been charged since. <br> I have now requested that they pull the recording for this conversation. <br> It has been 6wks, entering the 7th where i have yet to get anyone to call me back regarding this complaint. While all the while you continue to charge me for this.<br> I would like to ask that someone contacts me WITH an answer to my query and not a response to tell me they are leaving a note on the system. <br> The sooner this gets sorted out, the sooner i would like to cancel my contract wit you.
