If I could award negative stars I would have done so, A problem was reported with my service provider Vox on 26 April 2024, Vuma acknowledged and gave me a ticket number however we are now on 30 April 2024, with no wifi and no feedback, How am I suppose to run a business from home.
If it was possible to award minus stars I would do so, I reported a problem with my wifi on 26 April 2024, I received a ticket number and that is where it all ended, nothing further, in the meantime I have to run my consulting business without wifi.
If I could award negative stars I would. A death claim was submitted on 26 July 2023, no response from Old Mutual, if my broker did not follow up we would not be aware of additional documentation or proof that they needed. After confirming that they had all the documentation required we are now on 31 October 2023, with no feedback and no payment of the policy.
The Services from especially the owner is to say the least non-existent. When lodging a complaint for the second time that was unresolved, I was told that he would pay attention to my query in the morning as it was not an emergency and it was actually my responsibility to resolve however he was my broker???? As a Discovery Insurance service provider they were asked to repair a geyser problem, in addition I now have an even bigger problem, the electricity is problematic since they provided the so called repairs, plus I have a ceiling that needs to be replaced.
If I could award 0 stars, I would. Cannot fix the problem only create more problems, after reporting geyser problems, that was not fixed, instead I now have electrical problems, the original water leak that is even worse and a cracked sealing that needs to be replaced.
Once again, if I could award 0 stars, I would gladly do so. I have reported a geyser problem, instead of one of their so called approved service providers a backyard business was assigned to do the repairs, needless to say, the repair was not done properly, no I have a cracked sealing that needs to be replaces as well as major electrical issues.
