They installed a PREPAID meter on my property on Tuesday, 22 August, but up to today, Friday, 25 August the meter has not been registered with Eskom I have a reference number (after holding for 30 minutes on the line) Ref No 701496953 I am no still holding for 15 minutes AGAIN. I have sent emails, just receive the same automatic reply.... no joy. in the meantime my fridge and freezer is off...

They are still after how many months of complaints, deducting the debit order. After the previous review they phoned and assure me that it wont go off anymore... just to be deducted again. Can someone just DO THE JOB and cancel the debit order please. I dont own the vehicle anymore

I have cancelled the services long ago, but they didnt stop the debit order. I send it back every month and then they just represent it again. How do I get this company to STOP the debit order?

Empty promises and lies.<br> <br> I live in Cape Town and ordered a parcel from Johannesburg<br> Somebody phoned me on Wednesday, 16 March 2016, Time: 18:17 from Tel no 27 87 023 0024 and told me that they couldn't collect my parcel on Wednesday, they ran out of time.<br> When I asked if it will be here on FRIDAY, 18 March, he said DEFINITELY and even asked me what time I want it to be delivered. I was so impressed, because it is a little boys birthday present. I requested it to be delivered at 9am this morning, and the man said: Then it will be there at 9am.<br> <br> At 11am this morning nothing was delivered and I phoned the supplier. She referred me to Time Freight in Johannesburg. That man was not very helpful at all. He said that they ran out of time because they had a lot of other pick-ups as well. This is not my problem. They promised me a delivery on time and it did not happen.<br> <br> Apparently it will arrive in CPT tonight according to Jhb.
