Terrible service by mtn, I have been a customer for over a decade, let me just say we did not get off to good start with mtn in 2026, it started in January when they debited only a portion of the money the usually debit, first of all I just don't understand why the premium has been split into 2. They have a debit order going off in the morning then another in the evening, the evening one did not go through and they then attempted to debit after a week, which we not agreed to. Then they put a bit extra on what I have to pay, which I disputed and the suspended both my lines but they have deducted a portion of the money I always pay, called them made an arrangement and they billed me more than what was agreed, when I requested a refund the so called champion told me it will take 7 to 21 days to be processed, the nerve. As soon as I finish my current contracts, I am out, I can't remain with such.

Gepf deserve a zero star rating, even the 1 they do not deserve. I submitted my two pot claim on the 3rd of September 2024 and to this day my claim has not been paid and there is no feedback from them as to what is causing the delay, my tax affairs are in order, so they cannot hide behind SARS. Their service is utterly poor.
The GEPF is one of the worst pension funds administrators out there. Their service is utterly terrible, the two pot system was meant to provide relief to the government employees but how can it do so, if members are left in the dark as to when will their payments be processed. I submitted my claim on the 4th of September 24 and to this day my claim has not been paid, I tried to call their toll free and the head office contact number, it is not answered, system challenges are cited as the problem, surely they should have anticipated that their system will have glitches and put in place interventions to quickly address such. It is painful to plan on funds that you don't even know when they will be processed, it is a nightmare 💔. I have logged on countless times in an attempt to to track my submission and requested that they call me, but that never happened. Something has to be done to improve their service because from where I am standing, I am not impressed at all and I know there's plenty others out there who share the same sentiments. If they are not managing at this they should contracted a service provider to assist them because this is just unacceptable.
Finding parts for my honda civic is always challenging especially in terms of prices but with start my car I worry less as their prices are affordable and the service they offer is seamless. Every purchase I have ever made with them has been delivered on time and I have never had to return a part, their website makes it easy to find car specific parts.
I have been assisting my aunt to make a claim after the passing of my grandmother on the 15th of October 2023, on the 19th we submitted the claim with all the required attachments and they acknowledged receipt of the claim on the 20th and sent a text which stated that the claim will be processed within 48 hours. My aunt contacted on sunday the 29th saying she has not received anything, why is that, she asked? Today 1st of November 2023 I contacted them, enquiring about the claim, no valid reason was stated as to why the claim has not been processed yet. Instead I was given an attitude that they can only explain that to the beneficiary, but that is not an excuse to drag paying out a claim. 8 business days have passed without any correspondence on the progress of the claim. This is a trying time for the family, I am just wondering if this what everybody goes through, what if the family re**** on just the claim to further funeral proceedings what would have happened.
