NTT VW & Audi East London are ****ming me on replacing a faulty battery that I had purchased a year ago and told it had a 2 year warranty. They too the car in and requested to charge the battery overnight and after that they then claimed they won’t be replacing my battery. I requested for this to be in writing and have been told I will get such a written rejection and it’s been 4 days waiting. This company has no respect for its customers.

Poor customer service. 22 days and still no refund. Their terms and conditions clearly state that not more than 21 days. One lie after another. 6002037151 That’s my rental number. Dispute it?

Europcar South Africa and Tempest offer poor service
I hired a vehicle with this company, returned it and it’s been 3 weeks still no refund. I’ve been sent from pillar to post. One day the money is “wired “ the next they are waiting for the finance team to do the refund manually. The inconvenience cannot be explained. None of my friends, Colleagues and family will ever use their services again. This has happened twice already. Pathetic service
