Worse 3 weeks. It takes you more then 3weeks to replace a ****** phone. You ask when would I like to be contacted but you never call. Dismal service from the word go
Even when my case was resolved no one bothered to update me or apologize. Customer service is dismal!
If i could give a zero star i would. They do everything in their power to not pay. They even ask for documents that no sane company will give you. They asked for my tracker information even though im claiming for a phone(laughable). They want a message or email that i sent to anyone informing them my phone is ******. They want receipt of my sim swap. They even want an invoice of a phone I bought a while ago thats not related to the one im claiming for. Now they are rejecting my claim because vodacom doesnt want to take a picture of their screen with my whitelist report. And i totally understand vodacoms perspective most businesses you cant take a picture of their systems. I have bent over backwards to get that information and i cant ask a vodacom agent to break company policy because Naked is being rediculous. Long story short i want my Iphone Naked n secondly I'm telling everyone who cares to listen that NAKED INSURANCE IS THE GUTTERS.
A lesson learnt, I wont be buying airtime from your app because there is zero accountability for when we dont receive the airtime. Your investigation takes forever to conclude even the you have everything there on my fnb app. On the 20th of Feb I bought airtime the money was deducted from my account but I never received it. The following day I bought it again same amount I received that one. Can I have my money back for my airtime bought on the 20th
Great service in 3days i was at istore choosing a different colour for my new iphone. It was a easy process

Worse mistake depositing funds in my account. They truly don’t care if you’d like assistance, no one attends to you, no phone number to call and emails go unanswered. Its been a horrible couple of weeks and by the looks of things months.
They are quick to take your money but when you want it back, they drag their feet. I’ve sent email after email only received one email back.

Fnb funeral is a ****. I didn't know I was gambling with my money when I took out the policy. I took out a funeral cover for my cousin and he was unfortunately killed and the guy who shot him has since been arrested there's an on going court case. How do you then take the word of the person who shot him and you deem him guilty of trespassing before the courts find him guilty. I want my money or the very least I want my premiums back. What you have done is very wrong, I want my money.
