I have requested my rim and Tyre cover to be cancelled on the 5th March 2026 and mailed mfctyreandrim@innovation.group up until today nobody has gotten back to me.... I had to call in and this is unacceptable. Cancellation request of Mechanical Warranty - IG-R-0000142499 Please be advised that we have received your cancellation request For further information please contact our Customer Care Centre on 011 790 5050 The consultant said I need to wait 21 days, now I get this is not his fault he is only following procedure. After calling today then it was only processed, I need this cancelled ASAP with a confirmation that this has been cancelled. I cannot wait 21 days and plus I have mailed on the 5th March and nobody has answered me.
Since having this fibre line in I've been having issues. Chat service taking forever to respond, my line keeps dropping. Please cancel my service, I cannot even find a cancellations email address
Utterly disappointed in the whole private to private finance. Calling multiple times over the past 2 weeks. I call for the simplest of things but you guys cant seem to get that right. I mean the reason I went with you guys in the first place is because my first time I did private to private it was so simple and easy.... now I'm completely disappointed. Ref: 95379293445

I've ordered fibre October Mid month to be installed on the 30/10/2023. However, pre-installation has been completed but it seems the infrastructure has not been completed yet. From your site it shows that it is supported but why is the infrastructure not completed? I work from home and now I am losing out on working days having to take leave which is costing me money. The ISP used is WebAfrica however, Webafrica cannot give me an ETA because the infrastructure is with Vumatel.
