Biggest **** ever. How can these people even sell this **** and get away with taking our money. This perfume fades immediately. Does not last 1 minute. Smells like nothing. I will not recommend this to anyone. Don’t waste your money. They still owe me another bottle. No customer care services at all. I feel so defeated after wasting my money on this BS.
What has become of this company. Why after 2 months of emails and phone calls no one is able to assist me with my refund. I am being told the same story by different people at Customer Service about following up with the Warehouse. They don’t respond to my emails and my phone calls are left unanswered. This is the worst customer service ever experienced.
After numerous attempts to solve this matter via phone calls and emails I am resorting to this platform now. More than a month ago I returned 2 items of which no refund has been received as yet. Superbalist customer service has become the worst I have ever experienced. I have no idea what to do anymore to get my refund for items I have sent back.
Today is 06 November 2023. On 16 August 2013 I requested a refund because I mistakenly booked at the wrong center Cape Town instead of Johannesburg. I am still struggling to get my refund and is now being ignored by Tariq Petersen who asked me to send documents. The most horrible experience ever from applying to even getting my visa. Now I can’t get my refund and there’s no one who is willing to assist me. No direct number makes it worse as you don’t even know who to talk to. I will never apply for a visa through Belgium. Will rather go through Italy if I have to go to Belgium again. Most *********** staff at center as well as call center even worse. What a joke for customer services. I called today again and different people tell you different stories. Been put on hold only to be told that the supervisor is on lunch and I can’t be helped. What in the world am I supposed to do to get my money back. TLS don’t even deserve 1 star.
