Perfume Hut
On the 28th February 2025 I purchased at the online store,Hugo boss perfume and Yves Saint Laurent 's Poison Perfume.The promotion was buy 2 perfumes and get a 3rd one free .The total purchase was R1679.96.My order is The perfumes are ****!!!!My Husband uses Hugo boss and I can hardly smell the perfume on him.This I bought as a gift for him.I Have contacted them Via their Facebook messenger, Via their website (which was operational), And I get no response from them.I am a pensioner and cannot afford to loose such a lot of money.All I want is my money back.Please...Please help 🙏

Poor service
Place a order 2 weeks ago with perfume hut and I till to date I haven't received the order. Sent emails and there were no responses. The service is very poor.

Very DISAPPOINTED
this is a huge ****. i bought a perfume from them and it doesn't even have a smell. Its like water. Several emails to request exchange or refund went unanswered but they keep sending emails promoting their **** perfumes.

Biggest ****. Not real at all. Waste of money
Biggest **** ever. How can these people even sell this **** and get away with taking our money. This perfume fades immediately. Does not last 1 minute. Smells like nothing. I will not recommend this to anyone. Don’t waste your money. They still owe me another bottle. No customer care services at all. I feel so defeated after wasting my money on this BS.

Biggest **** ever. How can these people even sell this **** and get away with taking our money. This perfume fades immediately. Does not last 1 minute. Smells like nothing. I will not recommend this to anyone. Don’t waste your money. They still owe me another bottle. No customer care services at all. I feel so defeated after wasting my money on this BS.

DO NOT BUY FROM PERFUME HUT
Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews regarding Perfume Hut. I had a long conversation with them before I bought and was thoroughly ensured that it is the original and not ****. Unfortunately - when something is too good to be true, it usually is. PLEASE don't buy from them, you will be very very disappointed. I will rather just save up and buy ONE perfume that is expensive and at least be satisfied. The smell fades from your skin in about an hour and the bottles are not the original bottles. I bought Narciso and the lid was a very weird pink. Just be warned. This product is ****. When you contact them beforehand, they even send you screenshots of customers telling them "sorry for not believing you" and "I am so happy and will buy from you again". This is all to lure you in.
