I recently upgraded my cellphone with the same number, which previously had insurance. The consultant at the Vodacom Wonderboom store gave me incorrect information on how to transfer the insurance from my old phone to the new one. He advised me to cancel it myself via the app, saying the new insurance would kick in automatically. However, three months later, I discovered that the new insurance was never activated. The current store manager says she cannot help me because she wasn't there when the issue started.
Don’t waste your money , the perfumes are **** the scent don’t even last.
I had a terrible experience with ceilo , last year October i bought the L -Hayden couch within six months the cushions were sinking . Getting it to be replaced it was a nightmare .They came to collect it and I stayed almost 3 weeks while i was pregnant without a couch waiting for it to be replaced. During that process,feedback communication was terrible, I had to constantly call and email them to get an update.Eventually it was replaced with a new one so they say ,which also came with another defect on it.I immediately informed them of the defect , I was then told that “it looks like I will never be happy with what they are offering me.Months later I had to fight again, they dispatched an assessor to my house which also confirmed and recorded the defect I complained about .Now they want me to accept the 3rd replacement same couch without a quality check report as discussed and requested from the team leader Pelisa. The team leader Pelisa is not really offering much help . I am really disappointed with Cielo .
