Prices were too good to be true. All fragrances are **** and dont even smell close to the original.

Quick and seamless sell. I got a very reasonable price. Will use Weelee again
Still waiting for 2 parcels to be delivered. According to their tracking system, the vehicle keeps breaking down. Highly unreliable. Businesses should stop using them and it reflects badly on them.
I ordered a fridge on the House and Home website on the 18th on November. The item was marked “in stock” and as of today is still marked as such, link: https://www.houseandhome.co.za/hisense-h120rwh-92lt-white-bar-fridge-b.html. After multiple phone calls to them to enquire about my delivery, I am told that the warehouse is waiting for stock from the supplier! I only bought this item because it was in stock as I needed it urgently. Two weeks down the line, they don’t even know when they will get stock for an item that I have paid for already.
This is the first time that I sold my car and got exactly the amount that I wanted. They were quick, came to me and made immediate payment. The buying consultant, Kevin Reeves went out of his way to offer me a great deal.
I have been waiting for weeks for Vumatel to do a simple object number re-allocation. Because of a mistake by some previous owners, the fibre box in my house is currently linked to a street/house number 34 instead of 32 (there is no 34 on our street). My ISP has placed an installation order with Vumatel for 32 and has now been trying to get Vumatel to simply link my object number to 32 but we've been going round in circles. Tickets get logged but nothing happens. I keep contacting the ISP but there's nothing that they can do because Vumatel is not getting back to them. I have called Vumatel myself on various occasions but they keep telling me that it's the ISP that need to contact them.
Rain was very quick to take my money for a 5G subscription service but refused to provide me with a refund. At the time of application, my area did not fall under the 5G coverage area but the sales person promised me that if you turn the CPE in a certain direction, you'll get 5G service and that I will be eligible for a full refund within 30 days if I am not satisfied. After mounting the CPE up high on the roof, I was able to get a 5G signal intermittently but with a weak signal quality. On several occasions, it'll fall back on 4G. 3 different technicians came but were unable to improve the signal. I therefore decided to cancel the service and was expecting my refund. However, I was then told that the refund policy only applies for the first 7 days! This is not at all what I was promised. I would like everyone to be aware that the refund policy is only for 7 days. I'd also like to point out that it took Rain more than 7 days to send technicians which again shows how inappropriate that timeline is.
I have tried to call MWEB 5 times over the last 10 days to discuss my fibre application but never managed to speak to anymore. I am put on hold and after waiting patiently for 10 minutes, I'd have to hang up. I have emailed them several times as well, same automatic feedback email "Thank you for sending us the information we requested. We will now progress with your MWEB Fibre order. No need to call us, should we need anything else, we will contact you. Yours in connectivity, MWEB" My application only needs to be activated as there is already a line in place and it has been released by a previous ISP.
My claim was processed in no time. Great service.
