Excellent service

I would like to send a compliment to Welcome from the Kempton park(kempton sqaure) fnb branch and say thank you for the exceptional service. He assisted me very well with the concerns I had regarding my account, I even walked away with a funeral cover. We need more welcoming consultants such as him. I guess it's not just a name.

Missing item

I am never impressed with the service at kfc kempton gate mall. They will deliver the order with missing items. I ordered 6 chicken nuggets with a colonel sauce but it came without one. The only reason why I even order those nuggets is because of the sauce, but they never include it. This is not the first time. And I was told to order it separately but it's included on the MrD app. This error should be corrected because it really is frustrating. Kfc kempton gate, do better!

Foschini festival mall

I went to Foschini festival mall today to open an account. I was assisted by a consultant named Motaba and her service was exceptional 👍🏼. She was very patient with me and explained everything about my account to the very last important detail. Nowadays you only find a person who just wants to get through the queue. But Motaba took her time to make sure I feel important. Shout out to you my lady and keep up the exemplary work!!!

One of a kind service experience

I would like to leave a splendid 5 star review for Pep Home festival mall. This one goes to Mosima who is an excellent employee there. She took time out to assist me with finding a perfect item for a function I was attending, after I expressed in passing that I had no clue what to buy. Her suggestion was not only perfect for the occasion but creative too. Keep up the excellent service. There aren't may people like her working in the retail sector and she is appreciated.
