I was billed for 5 donuts and only received 2 went back they refunded me with 2 free donuts.
The level of service is disgusting Ordered at 14h46,only receive my order at 19h30. Had to call countless times to find out what is happening with the order. The first driver gave a lot of stories, first he did not deliver because was ******,then he left because he was raining wet. Two hours went called the call centre,a second driver called asking direction while he claims he was at the shop,in the same sentence he said he will collect the order however first see if the order is ready and confirm if he will deliver. I immediately ask to speak to the manager, only to find out that the drivers is too scared to deliver in Eldorado Park and that he has to take the word of the drivers. When I asked then why don't you raise it with the owner he claimed he did with the call centre. After we spoke I told him I want my order to be delivered.He then let me know they will call. No call from the manager,called the call center they were unable to put me through as the store was offline.I had to drive out to the store to find out what's happening. Upon arrival the manager calls the driver to find out where he is, called my daughter to find out she said he still did not arrived. The calls at 19h30 telling me he is at the house. From 14h46 I only got my delivery at 19h30. I will never order from Debonairs Maponya Mall
Name : geneve Surname ; kinnear Id: 8011090191080 Sars ref; u170701231 Went to uif main street in august multiple times was turn away for loadshedding and or systems down , paperwork incorrect had to go back fix paperwork, finally when I got assistance 2 October, was told to upload document which was done application went to the assessor on the 8 and was approved on the 20th received sms saying payment will be process in 5 working days, with ref : C20231003-007105 however on the 27 system show went to paymaster again waiting period of 5 working days , today is the 7th already still haven't received anything, my rent payment was due on the 30th and grace period the 3th of November,when I call the call centre they can't give estimate date so that I can make arrangements accordingly, I called the call centre 3times already and no proper feedback, I'm depleted stroes ..All I need to know is when will payment reflect in my acc for me to make the alternative arrangement with my creditors.
