Buyinstor Bad Service
I’m not sure if I’ve been ****med. I ordered something a month ago and I have heard nothing from them. I’ve tried sending emails, but they bounce back. The phone number does not work.

MetroFibre Bullying Me Over a Cancelled Account - Threats and False Claims
Here I am, 10 months later, still being harassed by MetroFibre for payment I am not liable for. I submitted my cancellation on 16 October 2024 and have email proof to support this. MetroFibre acknowledged receipt of this at the time. Despite this, I’ve been repeatedly threatened with legal action, blacklisting, and negative credit reporting. Today I received yet another email falsely claiming I only cancelled on 1 November 2024. This is a blatant lie—and they have the correct date on record. MetroFibre’s tactics amount to harassment. I have responded with all required proof, yet they persist in pressuring me to pay for a service I cancelled properly and timeously. If this continues, I will escalate to ICASA, the Credit Ombud, and the Consumer Protection Commission. I refuse to be bul**** into paying money I do not owe.

Woolworths Lite Wines
The ref and white wine ‘Lite’ does not contain the alcohol percentage. It only states that it is lighter in alcohol. Not sure what the legal and regulatory requirements are.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service and Ongoing Harassment
Metrofibre has been an utter nightmare from day one. The service was installed—but never worked. I had signal only if I stood within two meters of the router; beyond that, nothing. Despite countless calls and complaints, nothing was resolved. Eventually, after finally getting through to someone, I instructed them to collect the router and cancel the service—which they did within three days. But it didn’t end there. Since cancellation, I have continued to receive invoices for a service that was never functional, and now I’ve even been handed over to attorneys. I’ve sent so many emails I’ve lost count, and have yet to receive a single proper response or resolution. This is unacceptable, *********, and bordering on harassment. Avoid Metrofibre at all costs!!!!

Poor furniture quality
I have had the worst experience with @Home with regards to the quality of a sofa and a dining room table.
