I have placed my order 4 weeks ago but there has been no response or any email confirmation. This is like a ****. On the website it states 3 to 5 working days but that is incorrect.
Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a 2-seater couch from their store nearly 2 months ago. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the item was in stock. Only two days after payment, I was informed that there was actually no stock available and that I would need to wait 4 weeks for it to arrive. Four weeks came and went—with no delivery and only more delays and vague excuses about issues at the factory. It’s now been almost 2 months, and I still have no couch. The lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly frustrating.
I am deeply disgusted with Vodacom poor service. I ordered a Mifi Router on the Vodacom online store on the 17th October. I have paid in full and it is reflecting on the website. It is now a month and my order has not been delivered. I have contacted multiple Vodacom branches but nobody is able to assist. The call centre agents are useless and always divert me to another call centre to try. Nobody can assist me with this matter. My order is now cancelled without any reason. I have not been refunded.
