This afternoon I went shopping at Picknpay The Glen Mall, I was appalled by the store the shelves are merely packed, they don't have a variety of products, you can't just have picknpay no name brand everywhere, the fresh produce fridges don't work, It took me so long to find items like how does one move from getting coffee in one aisle to another aisle of clothing in one store but you have a picknpay clothing store downstairs and I won't even took about shelves not having price tags on them like I must figure this out at the till??? I tried the liquor store adjacent and it's so disorganised I left immediately and I won't even talk about the pricing of your products, it's ridiculous for such sub par groceries that's if I could find what I was looking for, You get to the till and they can't scan you smart shopper on your phone?? what year is this? Please learn from your competitors I used to shop at picknpay couple of years ago and it wasn't this ********** and if this is how all your stores are, I'm afraid I'm never coming back.
The Service station at Klipdrive needs to pull up its socks, i've been there more than 3 times and they either don't have fuel or the machines don't work, who carries cash in this day and age, the management clearly sucks and I won't be visiting this petrol station ever again!
I recently did my annual health check at Clicks The Glen Mall and was under the weather, the nurse helped immediately connect to a doctor to treat me while doing my health check and I didn't even spend 30min all together, great service by the nurse, really appreciate it.
I have been with MiWay insurance for almost 3 years and recently I got a new vehicle but when I asked for a quote they increased my premiums by More than 300% which is crazy, sadly I'll be forced to use a different insurance company.
Today I had a flat, loaded my problem on the app and I had assistance within 10min with the problem solved, on a Sunday, very prompt I must say and thank you for the quick & great service, Themba was extremely kind and helpful 10/10, give that man a raise.
I was assisted by Louisa Chauke, a friendly lady whom helped me make changes on my policy without glitch, kudos to her and her professionalism.
