Horrible service. I explained what happened to my phone and by viewing photos of the device, they blamed the damage on me and said they do not cover accidental damage. I have to pay for the inspection, delivery etc. The damage was not accidental at all. They are only here to take money and not helpful at all. Do not use them.
Phoned me to say I have a delivery. I had no idea the package was being delivered on that day and was unable to make provision to be at the said address. Just so that the guy can phone me on Whatsapp and tell me to come fetch my package at the KFC. That is ridiculous! Now I had to travel to get my package. Usually, they will reschedule the day. This is unacceptable.
I would give zero stars if I had the option. Worst service provider ever. My wifi was off for almost two weeks and clearly nothing was escalated. Only to bill me for the full month and say they will not adjust their invoice, as they have a clause stating that there are no adjustments, they provide technicians to sort it out within a reasonable period. Not true at all. If a reasonable period is almost 2 weeks, then you need to work on your service. Still waiting for feedback from their billing department as well. Just ignored my tickets logged. If I do not pay the full invoice every month, they are quick to suspend the account, even though they were not entitled to half of that month's payment. Stay away! As soon as my contract ends with them, I am going to a different provider.
I am deeply concerned with the service provided. I was billed for a product and service which I am not using and was able to cancel as per agreement (it was a temporary product, as I had to wait for the fibre to arrive). Thereafter, I have made payment for what I truly owed and still Vox suspended my account and wifi. This is truly unacceptable. This is the worst service I have ever had. I kindly wrote an email to the accounts department after they have sent a suspension email. I explained the scenario and they did not even bother to respond at all. They ignored my email and decided to switch off my wifi. In order for my account to be reactivated, I have to pay additional costs. I now have to pay for a product and service I do not have, just to be able to use a service I have already paid for. This is very unprofessional. I will definitely not recommend Vox to any person I know.
